The next challenge

Logan and Samantha both stood side by side and we're looking before them to see a creature that looked like liquid. Samantha spoke in a shaken voice "w..w...what is th...that?" Logan replied with a hardened time in his voice low enough that she can hear so it couldn't hear them "it looks like a creature the map describes and it looks like a liquid because it takes over its prey's body and eats it slowly. Logan noticed it body wasn't liquid at all it was made of burly muscle

It also had horns and a mouth with thousands of teeth but Logan noticed it had no eyes. The creature's breathing was rough so that gave Logan a hint he didn't want to mess with it he motioned for Samantha but when he turned he see she was gone. Logan turned to see the creature with her it stuck out its tongue and locked her Samantha pounded her fists on its hands which it didn't seem to mind Logan pulled out the gun in his pocket and five clips he had bought earlier. He calmed down and ran behind a tree that it was near and pointed the gun at the creature and shot at the creature's legs. As the bullets struck the creature it let out an angered howl and let go of Samantha Logan started to run behind big trees as the creature smashed its way through the trees. Logan heard screaming up ahead and the crunch of boots Logan ran to the sound the creature was getting closer to him Logan finally reached the sound and found soldiers with gas masks on and black armor each one with a standard Colt AR-15. Logan noticed the soldiers were getting up as quick as they can and then a hail storm of bullets flew past Logan at the creature it ran right past him and ran for the camp. Logan used this opportunity to find Samantha Logan ran as fast as his legs would let him his lungs burning he finally reached the place where Sam was hiding in a bush Logan the spoke "come on we need to get moving" she nodded her head in agreement and they moved swiftly through the trees to where the camp was there were no soldiers that looked intact either they were a puddle , dismantled or eaten it was not a pretty picture. Logan seen it before Sam could a gun storage and told Samantha to follow him to it.
