The painful confession

Ashlene's pov

No way. No freaking way. Razson just confessed in front of the whole school that he fancied Stacey. I was there we he said it. Apparently she was kind, cute, and funny. Urg. As soon as the words left Razson's mouth, she ran from the mist of the crowd towards him and hugged him saying, "Awwww baby, I like you too!" He smiled and put his hand around her waist. When they finally finished hugging, his hand still on her waist and the crowd of people who had gathered clapped. At that moment when I heard those words, I felt a wave of pain in my chest that I clutched it with my right hand.

Stacey caught sight of me and smirked. The bell rang, signalling that the next class was starting. The crowd soon dispersed. Razson and Stacey went their seperate ways, since they had different classes but not before Razson gave her a kiss on her cheek. I was still in shock and I was standing there with my mouth open.

"Oh! Is the little clueless Ashley trying to catch a fly with her mouth?" She smirked smugly at me. I immediately closed my mouth and glared at her.

She just walked by me, on her way whispering into my ear," I told you he was mine." With that she walked away. I growled at her.

I felt a hand on my shoulder and a familiar voice," Ash, chill, we all know she is a bitch. Don't listen to her. Anyway let's go, we'll be late for class. Soon, my girl, she will get dumped by Razson because Razson will chose you over her."

"I hope you are right Rina," I whispered softly but i'm sure she heard it.

"Hey, cheer up! I know it WILL happen. Say to cheer you up, shall we go ice skating this Saturday to get your mind off Razson and his slutty new girlfriend?" Marine offered. I smiled at the metion of ice skating and nodded. Time to forget Razson never existed and have fun.
