Your POV

"This is your new squad leader; (y/n). From now on, you're under her command. I expect you'll become the most strongest squad in Survey Corps under Squad Leader (y/n). " Commander Shadis spoke to the line up cadets in front of him. Under the hot sun at training ground.

All of us salutes to him. "Yes sir!".
Commander Shadis walked and stand in front of me. Lean in to my ear, "I will examine you starting now, (y/n)." he whispered to my ear. He lean back and flinched after he saw my death glare.

"If anything happen to my friends, I'll kill you." I hissed at him in low voice so other cadets wont hear it. He stared into my eyes for seconds and turned away. I watched him until he disappeared from my eyes.

"So, Squad leader (y/n), what are you going to teach us today?" Alan, one of my squad, said sarcastically. I glared at him.
He lowered his upper body, "I guess, how to become tall?"
he laughed , so do everyone there, except for a girl named Lisa.

I smirked. "Almost." I side kick the back of his knee. He fell to the ground. I stomped his stomach with my right leg. He 'ack' (if you know what I mean :p).
"I'll teach you how to look up to me." I said while looking down to him with my frowned face.

I looked at the other cadets with furious face. "Try to mock me," I pointed at Alan. "You'll be like him." I stared at them for seconds. "Got it?!" I yelled.

"Yes, sir!" they answered with pale face. I moved my legs from Alan as I saw Levi not too far from here.

"Start training. Choose your partner and start to combat. I'll test your combat skills later." I give them a last glare and walked toward Levi.

"How's your training?" I asked him. His shirt are soaked with sweat. His hair looked oily which make him look hotter. I stared at him for a while and turned my head to look at the ground.

"They are easily got beaten up by me." he said grunted. I smirked.
"Don't be so proud of yourself."
I said looking at him from the corner of my eyes. He crinkled his eyes. "When did I say I proud of myself?" he said crossing his arm.

I smiled. "Talked about training, let's see who's stronger between us." I said while smirking. I rolled my sleeves up to my elbow. I stance get ready to fight with him.

He smirked and get ready to fight. My squad notice us and gather around us. I looked around. "Don't just watch for entertainment, learn from our moves. Make sure you use the moves when you practice. I'll be watching." I spoke and focused on Levi.

I made a first move by giving him a kick to the face but he easily dodge. He then jumped back and charged me with a punch but I swiftly grabbed his arm and threw him to the ground. He groaned in pain.I sat on him and punched his face.
Blood streamed down from his nostril.

I put on a victorious smile on my face. I was about to stand when he grabbed my wrist and kicked my stomach. I groaned as he pushed me to the ground. We changed position.

I closed my eyes waiting for his punch, but there's nothing. I opened my eyes and I saw him staring at me with soft eyes. I surprised by his sudden soft look. My hearts beat so hard I think everyone could hear it.

I realized we stared at each other as his blood dropped onto my face. I averted my eyes.
"Get off me, stupid. You win." I said. A slight blush appeared on my cheekbones as well as his.

"Oi, stop flirting in front of us." Zakry, one of my squad, shouted at us. We both stood up hastily. My face blushed. "We're not flirting!" I deny it. I frowned.

"Aww you're so cute , (y/n)." said Alan teasingly. I glared at him.
"Go continue your training now!" I command with stern face.
"Y-yes!" they answered and start training.

I turned around and looked at Levi wiping his nose with his handkerchief.  I smirked.
"Serve you right." I said stick my tongue out to him. He pouted.

"I just lenient with you just now."
He said and end up with a 'tch'. Does that even necessary?

"Oh yeah? you kicked me so hard just now." I said teasingly. He glanced at me and folded his handkerchief. He's ignoring me.

I smiled. " I have to look over their training now. See ya." I said and leave him without giving him chance to say anything.

I'm training my punch and kick
on a tree near the training ground. Everyone are now having their lunch. The sky is cloudy telling us its going to rain soon. I ignored that and continue training.

I poured a lot of hatred in my punch. I feel scared if I lose Isabel in expedition. I punched the tree non stop and stopped as I heard someone called out for me.

"(y/n)-nee-san!" Isabel called out for me running towards me. I stopped and felt something on my knuckles. My hand are covered with blood. Isabel saw my hand and gasp. She grabbed my hand.

"What did you do to your soft hand?!" she said, taking out her handkerchief and wipe the blood. I just stared at her with dead eyes.

"I'm sorry , I wouldnt be able to protect you in expedition." I said  regretfully. She pouted.

She bandaged my bruises hand and knot it tight makes me exclaim "ah!". She glared at me.
"I'm strong you know. I can protect myself from those giants.
You dont believe in my strength?" she stared at me waiting for my answer. My eyes widened as she asked me that. Put me into shock and remind me of Commander Shadis words.

I stared at her in shock for a while and smiled. "You're my sister after all. Of course you're strong." I said and ruffled her hair. The sky suddenly start to rain. We looked at each other and grin.

I run toward the training ground. Isabel laugh and join me. We played in the puddle, turning our white shirts to full of dirt.

"So this is what it feels playing with the rain." I shout expressing my heart full of satisfaction.
My heart were full of hatred and afraid feelings just now fade away.I laid on the ground and Isabel joined me after. My fingers touched hers.

I looked at her wide grin planted on her face. I smiled. I grabbed her fingers and hold them tight.
My eyes got teary.

"Please go and come back safely.
I'll be waiting for you to come back." I said as the tears fell from the corner of my eyes. She looked at me and pouted her lips.
"Don't cry, baka." she annoyed.
"Don't call your big sister stupid."
I frowned my face. We laughed afterwards.

I wished for the time to stop.
I want this moment to stay like this. Forever.
