Mal's POV
The movie was great! But we had to leave because of the council meeting. We got back at the castle and headed into the meeting room. I wrapped my arm around his arm very tightly. Once we walked in, all the chattering stopped. We sat down at the head of the table. The council members are:

The 7 dwarfs
Cinderella and prince Charming
Aurora and prince Philip
The 3 fairies (from sleeping beauty)
Fairy Godmother
Belle and Beast

"King Ben and Queen Mal are officially part of the council" Belle said breaking the silence. There was a very long silence until Ben broke it. "Shall we get started?" He said. They nodded. "So there seems to be a problem with the Isle's barrier. The magic is fading away and leaving holes in it. I'm fixing them one by one but my magic isn't strong enough to put another layer of magic on it. There's only two people that can put an extra layer because they are more powerful than me—" fairy godmother said but I cut her off. "Let me guess, me and my mother" I continued. She nodded. "But I lost my magic. I can't get it back unless there's a way. But on the isle most of them are turning good. I was there just this morning. They lost their leader so now they don't have anyone to guide them. I was their leader. All of them feared me but now all of them want to be like me. You should see my mother, she actually cared for me yesterday. I have no clue what happened to her, but all I can say is that without me there, they aren't evil." I said to them. They all looked shocked. I got up from my seat and started walking out the door. "Mal? Where are you going?" Ben said. I stopped at the door and turned around to face him. "As queen, I need to keep Auradon safe. I'm going to try and find a way to get my magic back to save Auradon." I said and gave them all a small smile and left to go up to my room.
Ben's POV
"As queen, I need to keep Auradon safe. I'm going to try and find a way to get my magic back to save Auradon." I was proud of Mal. But if she does get her magic back it will over power her because it will be stronger. I decided to continue on with the meeting then go see Mal after its done. I don't wanna do what I did last time. "Ok... So.... What's the next problem?" I said breaking the silence. Like am I the silence breaker or something?! I'm literally always breaking the silence. "We have been getting complaints from Ariel because underwater there seems to be lots if earthquakes and" I cut Cinderella off. "That's because of the barrier. Its breaking down so its causing the earth to shake and its an isle so its causing the earthquakes under water! The barrier is acting fast, we need to fix it before it disappears! " I said. "Then that would cause our third problem. Whenever I get to my mine cave in the morning all the jewels seem to be out already. It was probably also the earthquakes that shake the mine and the jewels come out" one of the dwarfs said. "We need to do something about it tight now! I want all of you to search a way to get back your magic or a way to fix the barrier, tell me if you find anything. You are all welcomed to stay here until we find what we need. Meeting dismissed." I said and ran out of the room to find Mal. I ran upstairs to our room and I found her looking through her spell book. "Hey Ben. I thought the meeting was still going on?" She asked. "Ya well the barrier is ruining everything underground and underwater. We need to fix it now. I asked them all to find a way to get your magic back or fix the barrier." I said and sat next to her. "I found a way to get my magic back! I just need to talk to fairy godmother!!" She said and ran out if the room trying to find fairy godmother. We finally found her. She was still in the meeting room with everyone there. "Fairy godmother!!" Mal yelled. "Yes dear, what's wrong?" Fairy godmother replied. "I found a way to get my magic back!" Mal exclaimed. All eyes were on her. "Orb Of Magic" she said quieter. All I heard were gasps. "Child no! That spell is very dangerous! I can't use that spell on you! Its too dangerous!" Fairy godmother said worried. "But it's the only way! I need my magic back to save Auradon! So fairy godmother I order you to spell me!" She demanded. Fairy godmother looked down and said "yes ma'am". "What does the spell so though?" I asked. Everyone looked at me like I was crazy. I guess I'm the only one who doesn't know what it is. "It will put Mal to sleep and send her off into her mind. She has to find the Magic Orb and touch it to get her magic back. But it is very hard to find it. She will have 1 week to find it and if she doesn't find it she will... Well let's just say she will be sleeping forever. When she does find it and touch it, it will send her back to the present and she will have her magic again" my mom said. I just walked out frustrated, slamming the door shut behind me.
Mal's POV
Once Ben slmammed the door shut I knew he was mad. "Meet me outside the castle in half an hour. I have to go find Ben" I said and ran out of the room. After searching everywhere I thought he would be, I found him. He was sitting in the garden. I approached him slowly. Once he saw me he ran up to me and hugged me tightly. "Please Mal, don't do this. I need you in my life" he whispered. "Ben. I have to save Auradon. I promise you though, I will be back. Don't worry. I love you" I replied not letting go of the hug. "I love you too" he replied. We broke the hug and kissed. "I'll be there next to you the whole time. I won't go to school, I'll skip my meetings, I won't go to any tourney ga—"  "NOOOO. You have to go to the tourney game, everyone will be there and its the championship game! And go to school, I promise I'll be fine. If I get the orb on time I will be at the tourney game. Well actually I will get the orb so I'll see you at tourney. Let's go its time " I said. We kissed and walked in front of the castle. We saw everyone there. I walked over to fairy godmother. "Are you ready?" Fairy godmother asked. I nodded. I have no clue how the press heard but they were all here. Most of the school was here. I looked at Ben. "I'll be back don't worry" I said and gave him a comforting smile. We hugged. "I love you" "I love you too" I replied and key go of the hug and we missed for the last time. The kiss was more passionate than usual. We broke apart and I had tears coming down my cheeks. "Fairy godmother" I said and nodded. I stepped away from everyone and fairy godmother looked at her spell book. She said the spell and Ben caught me before I hit the ground. I instantly saw black.
