Chapter 2

Neru took off her jacket and wrapped it around Kaito, so no one would recognize him. Meanwhile Luka, Miku, Rin, and Gumi are still making a plan to get the police to realize that the video was fake. Neru and Kaito went into a grocery store and let Kaito eat some ice cream while Neru called Rin. Rin picked up and Neru asked, "Where are you guys? We need to get there as soon as possible!"

"In my panic room, but be quiet when you come", replied Rin. So Neru and Kaito ran the back way to Rin and Len's house. They were almost in the house, but then Len came outside and said, "HEY GUYS! YOU WANNA PLAY?"

"Oh, hey Len", said Neru, "We can't play right now, we have to go see your sister."

"But why", Len replied sadly.

"It's just that, we have to talk about...uh... business", Kaito said nervously.

Len sighed, "Oh, ok", and walked down the driveway sadly. Kaito and Neru felt bad for not playing with him but Neru had to get Kaito to the panic room. So they quickly rushed and made it there just before Rin was about to call Neru, asking her were she was. When they walked in the room, every put their attention on them. When Kaito flipped his soft, blue hair, Miku instantly fell in love.

She just kept staring at him.

Rin noticed and waved her hand in front of her face saying, "Mikuuu? Anybody there?"

Miku snapped her head and quickly replied, "What?" Rin just gave her a dirty look and shook her head. While they were talking and staring, the others had already told the plan. Kaito turned his head toward Miku and smiled. Luka had noticed and went to sit next to Miku to tease her. "Aw, how cute" ,Luka said.

Everyone left the panic room except for Miku and Kaito. Luka, Rin, Neru, and Gumi went to the costume store and went shopping, Luka's favorite thing to do. Kaito said to Miku, "Hey, so it's been a while."

"Yea..." ,replied Miku quietly. After that it was just awkward silence. Back at the store, Luka picked out a bright, red wig with orange highlights for Miku and a yellow wig with black ends for Kaito. Rin picked a baby blue shirt with a green heart for Miku and a plain white shirt for Kiato. Gumi and Neru kept looking for the perfect pants and shoes.
