Chapter 4

It turned out Miku was done dressing but just in time because Rin and the others almost came in while she was getting dressed. Kaito ripped down the blanket and Miku sat there in the corner embarrassed of her clothes. Parts of her long, teal hair were sticking out of the short,orange and red wig. Neru ran over there and carefully tucked all her hair in place. Kaito looked like a different person in his costume. Then, while everyone was fixing up Miku and Kaito's costumes, Len ran into the room balling his eyes out. Len stopped dead in his tracks when he saw everybody in there. He dashed right back out the door, embarrassed that everyone saw him crying like that.

Rin ran after Len worried that he was really upset. Once Rin caught up with him, he screamed, "STOP FOLLOWING ME!! I HATE YOU!!"

Rin was so frozen in shock that she let him get away. Len felt so bad for what he did and ran back to go find her. He found her and said softly, "I am so sorry. I never say that, so you must know it is true."

"It's ok. I know you said it out of anger", Rin replied sweetly.

Rin asked, "Why did you say that?"

"Because you have friends over all the time and you don't let me play with them" ,Len answered staring at the ground. Rin took off her jacket and scrunched her face really tight and whacked Len with the zipper part of the jacket and yelled, "THAT'S NOT TRUE!"

Len exclaimed, "Yes it is and that really hurts!" Rin ran to the panic room, hurt that Len would say that. Luka and Miku were talking about how to get the police station without being recognized by anybody. Neru was flirting with Kaito, saying that Miku was a nose picker. Gumi was sitting in a corner on her phone, posting selfies on Instagram. Rin yelled, "Why are you guys just sitting here?!?"

Gumi calmly said back, "We don't know what to do."

Rin dashed to the opposite wall as Gumi and plopped down. She put her head on her knees and started to cry. Gumi went over there and said, "Did I make you cry?"

"No, it wasn't you. It was Len, he told me that it's my fault that he is crying"

"Well, don't you both start crying" ,said Gumi laughing. Rin cheered up and started to laugh again.

Rin said to everyone, "We will start tomorrow, go sleep for now."
