Returning her belongings as quickly as she could, Bramble darted away, into the forest leaving Rain, shocked, embarrassed and over all, a little bit confused.

She was annoyed that she didn't act soon enough to get the mare's number, but also glad that she stayed long enough to take in her features;

She had a long brown mane, that was hanging loosely past her shoulders and shapely cheekbones that complemented her features perfectly. And she had too many piercings to count. But Rain didn't mind. She couldn't help but wonder, if this mare was single, and whether or not she felt the same way.

It wasn't like she had a crush on her or anything, but she was SO good looking that she couldn't help but stare. She wanted to get lost in her eyes, and never come back. And she was almost 100% sure that she could see the sea in them.

This mare, was different. She seemed calm and collected, even when she was in the toughest of situations. but there was also an aura of mystery about her. Like there was a side of her story still to be told. She had to get to know her.

"Young lady!"

"I am warning you,"

"You better get to class!"

Rain immediately snapped out of her trance and averted her gaze. It didn't take a genius to realise that Miss Prim was standing in front of her, and making a colossal fuss. Didn't she have a class to teach?

She blurred out her angsty screams and they soon turned into muffled whispers.

She shut her eyes and re opened them only to find that she was surrounded by her family.

"Rain!"

Rain sat bolt up right and turned to face her mother, "Oh thank goodness you are okay! We received a call to say that you had fainted and were not in a well enough state to attend class. What did I tell you about eating the right food?"

Ignoring everything that was going on around her, she got up from the couch and trotted up the stairs to her bedroom.

I was in school the last time I remember she thought to herself. Maybe she fainted, maybe it was all a dream. Maybe that mare she thought had bumped into her was all a figment of her imagination. Maybe it was
De Ja Vu.

She shrugged off the thought and soon enough, she felt herself drifting off into a deep sleep.

After her encounter with Miss Prim that morning, Bramble was determined to stay out of trouble. And how was she going to do that? Stay at home, of course! Without any parents to tell her what to do, she made sure to take her time.

Thankfully, Prim was off her back, but her wing-situation was really starting to hurt. Did she notice that I had a wing boner? She pondered simultaneously. Hopefully not.

She couldn't help thinking about the poor mare that she trampled earlier on, and she made it her mission to apologise... and also ask the mare on a date as soon as she could.

As well as being a general troublemaker, Bramble was quite the flirt. Never one to settle down, Rain would prove to be quite the task for this  playerette.
