Ren's POV
We sit in the make up room eating the food Manager had staff prepare for us. Mark, Haechan, Jisung, and Jeno were in the chairs while the rest us are finish and are eating quietly and dosing off every once and a while.
They put us in simple clothes unlike some groups that come in their promotion outfits. I assume it's cause we're just kids and our clothes are just random things put together. As I think more about it, a hand waves in front of my face.
"Yah! I told you guys to act more lively," Manager scowls at us jokingly.
I sigh and stand up.
"Ok everyone! Good morning, good morning, GOOOOOD MORNING!!"
Everyone looks towards me and strange or questioning looks and I just smile and sit down.
"I didn't say make a racket," Manager mumbles and leaves the room.
My members snicker and I frown.
"You said act lively old man."
"Alright is everyone ready."
Kevin walks in with the brightest smile I've ever seen with Jae walking in behind him.
I stand up and stretch before smiling myself. The others rubbed their eyes once more time before smiling as well.
We walk onto the outside of the filming part and the MCs get into place. Manager gives us the script and I skim the first page when an idea comes to mind.
"Manager, can I greet with the MCs?"
Manager looks at me for a second and I happened to catch the MCs with my question.
"Yeah of course," Jae says and motions me to join with them. I walk on and move myself to stand in between Jae and Jimin. I hear a few of the members snicker and I cock my brow.
Jimin notices as well, "What' so funny?"
"You're just so short compared to Ren," Mark explains, trying to be settle.
I immediately turn my head to look down at her and, yep. Short. Jimin looks up and has to crane her neck and even step back. Keven and Jae laugh too.
"Jimin, how about you step out of this weeks greeting," Kevin snickers too.
Getting caught in our height difference she just nods, gives me her cards, and walks away.
"Okay, starting 3, 2, 1"
I instantly smile and cameras click on. I run towards the main camera and give a bright smile and wave. I step back to where Kevin and Jae are to see them kinda surprised at what I just did.
"What I'm just staying hi," I say in English
Jae just laughs off the slight awkwardness and greets as well. Jae's greeting snapped Kevin out of it and he smiles and greets.
After the two greet and introduce themselves, I cover my mouth with my hands, making an announcement type voice, "Now for the important person of this show, Ren of NCT DREAM!!!"
I move my hands and step forward, busting moves, causing everyone to laugh at my bright happy self.
Done I step back again and Jae and Kevin try to catch their breath.
"WAA, so hyper," Jae comments.
Kevin looks at his cards, "Okay, we have NCT Dream's Ren here opening with us. Ren how are you doing?"
"Well I debuted so I'm happy and I get to perform and do all that good stuff you know?"
"What about school? You're like 16 intentional age right?"
