[Each chapter will be written from each characters pov]
Emi Pov:
I'm scared. I thought the humans were are friends? Why are they attacking us? Where is my mom? Dad? Anyone?
"All children need to go inside that cave for safety!! Now!!" I turn and run to the cave. A sword almost impaling me. All I can feel is my heart beat and tears streaming down my face. I don't think this is going to be good for us at all. There's more humans than us. Could they really be this evil?
"MOM?!" I can see her. She's running toward the cave. I stand up and start running to her. I just want a hug. I just want to know she's ok... Then... A human comes up and stabs her. I get drug back into the cave by someone and then an older girl runs into the cave holding another girl a little older than me. They look similar to me, but less afraid. I wish I wasn't so scared, unlike them.
I look up to see if I can find my dad. I wish I hadn't. The same human sliced his head clean off as soon as I had caught eyes on him. I can't hold in my sadness anymore. I start screaming in sheer terror. How can these humans just kill them so easily?
They call us monsters... But I think it's only because they can't except who they really are.
They are monsters.
They are killers.
They are what feeds off fear.
They are what I hate...
