Fallen ~ Liam Dunbar [ EDITING ]

Smoke and Mirrors: Part 2

After many hours of driving, we finally pull in. 

"I can't believe I did it. You know, for a minute I thought I was going to tear the two of you apart." Liam said smiling. 

"Who are you referring to? There's three of us." I quickly asked. 

"Stiles and Derek. Knowing you, you wouldn't go down without a fight, and I don't think that my werewolf side would want to hurt you." Liam says as he grabs my hand. 

I laugh. 

'He can be so cheesy sometimes.' 

I quickly kiss him before opening up the door. I look up and a berserker is right in front of us. I grab the door to shut it, but it grabs me and throws me before grabbing Derek. It starts to attack him. 

Braeden grabs her shotgun and starts shooting it. 

Liam runs over to me. 

"Are you ok?" He asks. 

I nod. "I'm fine."

She keeps shooting until it runs out. 

We all run over to Derek, he's bleeding badly. 

"How bad it is?" Peter asked him. 

"Im fine I'm fine! Just, get to Scott." Derek shouts. "Just find him, I'll be right behind you." 

We all look at him, worried. 

"Go!" 

Peter runs inside. 

I stay by him a little bit longer, fearing he's going to die. 

"Go save him." Derek says.

I nod before walking inside. 

We all rush through the place. 

"Ok stop! Stop! stop!" Peter shouts, keeping us from going anywhere else. "We've gotta figure out where we are, then we have to figure out where Scott and Kira are." 

Stiles' phone goes off. 

"How do I even have service?" 

He answers it. 

"Uh, hi Dad" 

'Crap, he's gonna be mad at us.' 

"Ok Dad, I know you're angry, but-" 

I start to listen in. 

'I'm beyond angry. I have reached a level of fury beyond comprehend.' 

"Ok then you can ground us." 

'Us? Chelsea's there too? You brought my 15 year old daughter too?!?' 

'Great.' 

'Stiles, what were you thinking?' He sighs.' Just tell me you're ok.' 

"You want me to lie?" 

'Ok, tell me what I can do, tell me how I can help.'

"You can find Lydia. She was at the school so Liam called Mason to find her and now we've not heard anything from either of them." 

I stopped listening from there. 

"What do you think is gonna happen?" Liam asked me. 

"I don't know, but let's just hope we don't die." 

He pulls me in for a hug. 

"We're going to be alright. We will get Scott and Kira back and they will be ok. Don't worry about it." He says his heart beating fast. He's just as scared as I am but he's trying to hide it.
