3 Months

Chapter 1

Gavin woke up and immediately knew he was in trouble, with a pounding headache ,a sore throat, and no ability to remember what happened last night he knew he experienced a another crazy party. He looked to his right and saw his on again off again ex Haley, lying next to him smiling at his soft yet bright eyes.

"Morning handsome." Haley smiled and sighed as her face lit up with hope but expecting the worst.

"Don't say that to me you know what this is." Gavin said turning away from her letting her know he was only interested in her for one reason. Rolling over to the side of his bed trying to recover from the memories of last night.

"God you piece of shit, why do you have to do this to me? Do you enjoy hurting me?" At this point Haley had tears in her eyes hurt by the words of her flame.

"I just can't deal with you, this is why we don't work now if you don't mind can you leave because I don't need more of a headache then I have already." He said with an overly annoyed tone.

"Work?! Work?! You didn't even try Gavin you're pathetic good luck ever finding someone who could love your ass."

"Will do." Gavin said in his annoyed tone as he watched Haley leave hurt by his words. Another one bites the dust he thought to himself as he rolled on his stomach and went to bed.

Not even five minutes after sleeping his best friend Barrett slam through the door holding a Gatorade.

"Dude time to wake up it's the first day of football man we got to get to the field by 10:00."

"Fuck off man I can barely remember my own name I doubt I'll remember to run a play." Gavin said squinting at his muscular friend.

"It's the first day of Junior year of high school football practice it's a big deal we are officially upperclassmen time to get wild!"

"I got wild enough to last me a lifetime last night and who gives a fuck about being an upperclassmen." Gavin said with a laugh "It's not my first year playing varsity." He said as he took the Gatorade and began to drink it.

"Well it might be your last if you don't get your ass up. Come on man you got laid last night what other motivation do you need." Barrett said and he picked up Haley's underwear from the night before.

"Don't even start another night another mistake I had my fun but I could care less."

"You really aim to please don't you Gav I mean fuck why you gotta be so harsh what did she ever do to you, you're never gonna actually get a girl with that attitude."

"Why are we talking about this you don't know me man now shut the fuck up and let's get this practice over with." Gavin said as he hopped out of bed and put on his football gear to begin another bland day.
