Hailey's pov
I ran home like my life depended on it, as home was getting closer and closer I started to run faster. Once i entered the living room my mom was sitting on the couch with two duffel bags filled with clothes sticking out, I waited for her to say something but she never did. "Mom whats going on?" she looked up at me with teared filled eyes and said, "Hailey we need to talk." she walked me to the couch and said, "I think you need to go to Texas to spend time with your dad and help him on the ranch." I I was shocked thar she said that, love New York but I knew that family meant more. "Ok I will go but will you come later on?" she was quiet but she said "I dont think that I will be able to go with you, but you keep me posted on whats going on. Ok?" I knew that she ws going to say something like that but I just said, "ok."
