I act all happy with a fake smile but if looked closely you would see a haunted face with a smile that doesn't quite reach the eyes.
I eat so no one will be suspicious of me but if you listen closely you might just hear me throwing up.
If you gave a second thought as to why I am wearing long sleeves and jeans in summer then you would know something is not right.
If someone noticed these things they would know something is not right with the people around them.
