He is one of the first creepypasta drawings that I did. One of the ways Jeff's story goes is that he was bullied and his bullies lit him on fire. When Jeff got out of the hospital he was insane so he cut himself a smile to smile forever and burned off his eyelids so that he could always look at his pretty face. He them killed his parents and cut his brother.
