Jack is one of the creepypastas with multiple variations of his origin. From what I heard he was a college student trying to be a doctor, thus the scalpel and knowledge of where kidneys are. He was kidnapped by a cult and sacrificed to a demon. The sacrifice was truly horrible as they took out his eyes and filled them with tar. The demon took over and Jack became a cannibal.
