I am Grace Cooper. An ordinary girl. I've never been outside of Houston, never even been on a plane.
My dad, Bob Cooper is a science teacher at the local high school. With that said, he was also my science teacher in my ninth year. Having your dad as a science teacher isn't exactly moonlight and roses. People are jealous of the fact that I get better grades than them. But having my dad as my teacher has nothing to do with that, he will never advantage me towards the other students.
My mum, Lin Cooper is a nursary school teacher and also takes care of my little brother Adam, he is 2.
She's been a stay-at-home mother for the past 16 years that I've been in school but then she decided to finish her college degree and had my little brother.
My mum and dad got divorced last year and I live with my dad because he isn't home as much as mom. I need time to heal, it broke me when they told me that they were getting a divorce. I always thought we were a very close family and clearly I was wrong.
Next year would be my second year in college. I go to college in a town not far away from my parents town about 20 miles. I visit my parents on few weekends and holidays.
