Over the next few weeks, I couldn't help but wonder what could have happened if Nigel and I were still in a relationship. I would have had to keep on lying and that wouldn't have led to a very good ending. I hoped that Nigel was doing well at Fashion Ions. I really missed him a lot.

One night I was bored and looking for something to read. I stared at the Bible, which was neglected somewhere on the book shelf, and began to wonder why Nigel was so interested in it. Anytime he talked to me about Christianity, he talked about it with so much passion. I wanted to see why he was so interested and so passionate about all this.

I cleaned the cover of the Bible and opened it. I started reading from the beginning, which is Genesis. As I continued to read it, I began to understand it, I can't explain how or why it happened, but everything started becoming clear to me. Memories from Sunday school as a little girl came flooding back to me. Suddenly I wanted to know who this God is and experience him for myself.

I began to spend my mornings praying and reading the Bible. I wanted to be involved in a church in my community but I didn't know which church to join. I went online and found a Bible believing church in my community. I became saved and got involved in outreaches and the drama program.

I was so excited about finding Christ and having a new life in him that I wanted to tell Nikki and Rita. Unfortunately, for some reason, I kept my mouth shut. But I knew I would have to tell them sooner or later. I also wanted to tell Nigel about what had happened to me. I did a little snooping around and found out which church he was a member of. I decided to pay him a surprise visit.
