Martha and Donna landed safely in the Tardis. And standing beside them, was none other than Captain Jack Harkness and Mickey Smith. “Thanks boys” Martha calmly said. “I bloody love you” replied Donna.
She continued, “How did you save us and what about The Doctor”? Jack was the first to speak. “Vortex Manipulators. A motorbike through time and space. Less bulky than a Tardis. And as for The Doctor, well his by himself”. Donna gave an angry expression and Micky continued on. “They need another half an hour to recharge. After that we will attempt to get him, but until then his on his own. He can handle it. Don’t worry”.
“Thanks for helping Jack and Mick. Donna, can you fly the Tardis. Because we might just be able to save him”. Donna looked at Martha and laughed. “No. But she can”. Jack said “Of course. She can”. Both Martha and Mickey looked at each other with an inquisitive look. Donna explained.
“The Doctor is always talking to her as if she has a conscious. She can fly herself. The Tardis can save The Doctor”. Together they all ran over to the console and tried pressing as many buttons as possible and even tried to talk to her, but got no response. “Nothing’s happening” Mickey said.
Just as he said that an image of an old man appeared on the Tardis screen. “Hello. I need your help and I will help you help me. I’m sending the Tardis coordinates so you can pick me up. Good luck”. Donna was quick to ask who this mysterious man was and he replied, “The Doctor… from the future”.
The man left and the Tardis took off and The Tenth Doctor reappeared in the Tardis.
