chapter #6 Getting a phone!

"Please Figet! Please can I get a phone?" I was chasing Figet around the house, begging him to get me a phone. He let out a big sigh "Ok, I give" I cheered silently. I hugged him "So, can we go to the store?" I looked up at him, still hugging him, and he nodded.

I ran upstairs and got ready (the basic shower and mirror stuff). I slowly walked down the stairs, Figet was waiting outside in the limousine. I hopped in the car and we drove off. "So there are many IPhones, which one would you like?" I pulled my eyes away from the window and looked at Figet. I thought for a second "Can I have the newest one?" I didn't want to look like I was rich and had lots of money, but I just wanted to keep up with the new stuff.

We arrived at the mall and walked in. I've never been to the mall. It was huge! I stared in awe "I'm surprised you've never been here" Figet chuckled. I looked up at him "Hm? Well I've been in a orphanage my whole life. What would you expect?" I lightly punched him in the shoulder.

Finally we arrived at the phone store. There were so many phones! I ended d up just getting the newest one and then we left. Figet had work to do so we didn't stay long. I wonder if Lilith, Jo and Travis have phones.

We got home and I started to walk to Lilith and Jo's house. While I was walking there Travis joined me "You have a IPhone 7?!" Travis was so excited that I had one. I laughed "Yeah. What phone do you have?" Travis reached into his pocket, and pulled out an IPhone. He turned it on and showed to me "I just have an iPhone" I laughed at his picture.

It was Travis and a blacked haired man with a mask and one eye covered, Travis was kissing the man's cheek "Whose that?" I wiggled my eyebrows. Travis blushed "He, um he's my boyfriend" he looked at me like he just saw Daniel Radcliff on the sidewalk "I really want you to meet now!" He squealed like Ken (From Barbie). I just laughed "You looks like he's from a spy movie" Travis threw me a glare.

We made it to Lilith's house "This is my stop. Wanna come in?" He looked at the house. "I actually have plans with Katelynn" I nodded and let him go. He ran off and thanked me "So whose Katelynn~?" From out of nowhere Jo appears in front of my face. I jumped like ten feet in the air "You scared me" I said out of breath. "Sorry" he rubbed the back on his neck. "It's ok." I smiled.

We walked into the house and Lilith was watching One Punch Man "Hey Lilith!" I waved to Lilith and she just nodded, not even looking at me. And in a few moments she realised who I was "Marlo! I haven't seen you in weeks!" She dropped off the couch and hugged me "Oh my goodness! What. Is. In. Your. Pocket!" I felt want was in my pocket and remembered I had a phone.

I pulled my phone out and showed it to Lilith "This is the iPhone 7!" She turned it on and looked confused "Who's hand is this?" I quickly took back my phone and put it in my back pocket of my shorts. I pulled Lilith away from Jo and Jo just sighed "Lilith, you cannot tell Jo" I whispered "Its me and Travis' hands. It was a long time ago, I had a really old phone in the orphanage and I took it with me when I got adopted, and they had a computer so I just downloaded it to the compu-" Lilith put a hand over my mouth. "Just get to the point" she pulled her hand away. I nodded and continued "Travis is my best friend. And he was my only friend. I just wanted this as my background" Lilith gave an understanding look and I walked over to Jo.

Jo mouthed something to me but I didn't know shat he said so I pretended not to see it "Ok Lilith we'll be in my room" Lilith gave a 'MmmHmm' and we headed down the hallway. As we were walking down the hallway I changed my phone background. I didn't want Jo getting mad. I change it to a pug loaf (if you haven't seen that you should just look it up) and turned off my phone, placing it back in my pocket.

We got to Jo's room and it had a bunch of posters for this band called 'The Moon Monkeys'?(Picture at top) "Jo what's this band?" Jo stopped in his tracks and looked at me. He held my shoulders "You don't know who 'The Moon Monkeys' are?!" I shook his hands off my shoulders. "I watch stuff, I don't listen to music" his jaw dropped.

He gasped "You know what? They're actually having a concert next week, in Scaleswind!" He jumped around. Why is everybody so peachy today? I made Jo calm down and we sat on his bed listening to 'The Moon Monkeys'. Their actually really good. I really like them.

We ended up losing track of time and I had to go home. I was about to leave until Jo grabbed my wrist and whipped me around, planting his lips on mine. I kissed back. He let go and we just smiled at each other. And I had to leave which was sad.

I decided I was gonna go to Travis' house, he gave me the address at the party. I'm glad I went to that party. I arrived at Travis' house and knocked on the door. It took a little while for him to answer but he did. The door opened and it wasn't Travis. It was his boyfriend "Travis! Its the girl you told me about!" He yelled into the house.
