" Lock him up" I said and throw the body to a man who stands before me. he nod his head and walked away. I walked through the hall way to the office of my boss. I knocked on the door and walked in.
" you needed to speak to me." I ask and sat down on the chair in front of his bureau. " yes." he said and turned his body in my direction. " I'm thinking about to get you a partner." he said. my jaw dropped, he must be kidding right.
" WHAT, are you kidding me." I yelled. I can't work with someone else and he knows that. I had a partner one time maybe 2 years ago. his name was nick, we were after a vampire I'm still after now. nick and I were in a fight because he told me what to do. and if there is one thing I can't stand then it's that people tell me what I should and shouldn't do. I always do it my way. and it always works, except by that vampire boy. but that night when me and nick had that fight everything changed. we went our own way through the woods. after some minutes I heard someone scream. I run to the direction where it came from. but before I was by the body I stopped. I saw nick lying there on the ground. his whole body was covered in blood. there were two holes in his neck. and I knew exactly what happened. he was bitten by a vampire. I heard some foot steps behind me, so I turned around but saw nothing. I thought it was my imagination. So I turned back around and walked over to Nick's body. I kneel down beside him and take his head on my lap.
" I'm so sorry" I whisper. if I was with him this would never happened. Nobody knows this but nick and I were in a relationship. But after nick died and never wanted a partner anymore or a boyfriend it just hurts to much. " Listen Saunders, it's been 2 years since the dead of Nick. You need to move on." He said and took a breath. I shake my head. " I will never move on for nobody. and you can tell my new 'partner' to fuck his or hers own ass." I said and stand up. " Saunders you won't get away with this." he yelled after me. I show him my middle finger and walked out of the room.
