Chapter 14.

Seria's POV. 

We walked to Elliot's room number. I saw through the window. Derek done that to him. I looked away because it was too painful to see someone in that state. 

Bella broke down in tears, and ran to his side. She kissed his hand, and sat by his side not looking at anything but him. 

I looked at my phone seeing the message Derek sent me. 

From: Baby<3. 

I can't come in there. Tell Bella, I'm sorry. I'm going back home to check how Ash is doing.. 

I sighed and put my phone away, before turning by eyes back on Bella. "Babe, do you want something to eat? It's been a while and you haven't eaten anything." I said. She shook her head, her eyes glued to Elliot. 

Annabelle is a soldier. Even though she's hurt, she still manages to say she's fine.

Derek's POV. 

I parked the car, and walked into the house. I saw Charlie on one couch watching TV, with Hailey's legs in his lap, and her head on the pillow.

Then Ashley was asleep in Casper's arms, with Sam asleep in the cot next to them. 

Casper looked up at me with bloodshot eyes, "What did she say?" I asked him, Casper looked down and kissed Ash's temple. 

I went over and picked Hailey up, letting her rest in my arms. She flinched but I kissed her forehead, and she calmed down. 

"Ash cried." Charlie answered, breaking the silence. "What she say?" I asked. "She had a melt down, soon fell asleep in my arms." Casper told me. 

I stared at Ash, watching her sleep, but also in deep thought. "Seria was the same, she started talking about our future, I didn't know what to say.." I whispered. 

"Charlie take Sam upstairs, Casper you take Ash, and I'll take Hailey." I answered, they both stood up. 

Casper picked Ashley up bridal style, and Charlie picked up Sam, I had Hailey in my arms, we walked upstairs, Charlie put Sam by his mother, I took Hailey to mine and Ser's room. 

I looked down at Hailey. My baby. She started to stir in her sleep. I knotted my eyebrows in confusion. 

I saw a tear slip down her cheek. I wiped it away, but she flinched at my touch. I couldn't wake her, or she'll get too scared.

"What's wrong with her?" Charlie asked walking in panic. "She's having a nightmare." I answered watching my baby. 

"Hailey." I spoke smoothly, trying not to scare her. "Hailey." I said again giving her a light shake. "Hailey." I said again, this time her eyes fluttered open. 

"Baby? Are you okay?" Charlie asked her. Hailey wiped her tears and nodded. "Baby, what happened?" I asked scooping her in my arms. 

"Momma gone. Dada gone. Ria gone. Dewek gone." She sobbed into my chest, "Shushshush, baby. Were not going anywhere. I promise." I said kissing her cheek. 

Hailey nodded, and wrapped her tiny arms around my neck, as I took her downstairs. 

I walked in seeing Casper smoking a fag. He dipped it out when he saw Hailey, "Casper, lets go have a fag." Charlie said standing up and walking out to the front door. 

"Hailey." I said looking at her. She was playing with her fingers, but looked up at me with her Hazely-Blue eyes. 

"What really happened?" I asked. She shook her head and looked down. I sighed but picked her up and placed her in my lap. 

"I'm here now baby, nothing, or anyone will hurt you." I said leaving a kiss on her forehead. "I love you Hailey." I whispered. 

"Wuv you Dewek." She replied in her adorale accent. I smiled. "Go to sleep now princess." I said. "Not tiwerd." She replied. 

"Want some food?" I asked her, just as the boys walked in. "Boys, I'm about to make Hailey something to eat, want anything?" I asked. They shrugged and walked into the kitchen after me. 

"Babe, what do you want to eat?" I asked as I placed Hailey on top of the counter, as Casper sat next to her, putting an arm around her making her giggle.

"Crackers?" I asked, only because I cant make anything else. She nodded. I took the crackers, and cheese, making plenty. 

I placed some in Hailey's little plate, and the rest in a bowl for the boys and I. 

"Hailey, what drink?" Charlie asked looking in the fridge. "Ribina?" I asked, as she nodded. Charlie got out 3 cokes and a ribena for Hailey. 

"Casper mind taking the food?" I asked as he stood up and took them into the living room. Charlie took the drinks as I picked up Hailey. 

"You okay baby?" I asked, she nodded. I kissed her cheek, and sat down on the couch next to Charlie, with Casper on his other end. 

"What shall we watch Hailey?" Casper asked. She shrugged and began eating her cheese crackers. I took one from the bowl, and took a bite.

"Put on anything appropriate." I shrugged. Casper ended up putting on the recorded show of X Factor seeing One Direction, Hailey squealed because of her Dad. 

She had the biggest smile on her face. "Dadddaaa!" She giggled. "Yes honey, it's Daddy." I replied with a smile. 

Soon after a bit of playing with her, I looked at the time 2:50 am. 

Hailey yawned, "Boys I'm going to put her up to bed." I said scooping Hailey as she dug her head into my chest. 

"Seria just text me. One of us has to go pick them up." Casper said looking up from his phone. "I'll do it." Charlie said taking a cracker and walking out the door. 

"I'll wait, you go put her to bed." Casper said turning the T.V up. "Alright." I said walking up the stairs to Seria's and I's room.

I fixed the pillows, and put Hailey in the middle, lying next to her. I wrapped my arms around her small body, and talked until she fell asleep. 

I kissed her cheek, but little did I know, I'd fall asleep beside her.
