Chapter 17.

Seria's POV.

My phone buzzed. "Who's it?" Derek asked. "Annabelle." I mumbled answering. "What's wrong?" I asked immediately. "Ser, I'm scared. I'm so scared." She cried. "Bella were are you?" I asked. "I went to watch a movie with Lux, and Luke. We left, and Lux went to Uncle Liam's, and Luke went home. I don't know where I was going." She rambled on. "Annabelle, what's around you?" I asked her. "I don't know, tree's, and there's a pub right across the road."

"What's the name of the pub?" I asked. "Que stars." She replied. "Derek where's ques Stars pub?" I asked him running downstairs. "It's near the drugge ends." He told me. "Shit." I whispered. "Is it safe to go sit inside?" I asked him. He nodded, "Bill and Molly own it, wait why?!" He asked now panicky. "Annabelle. Go inside the pub and sit there by the counter." I told her. "o-okay." She answered wearily.

"Annabelle got lost and she's round there." I told Derek in panic. He took the phone off me to talk to Bella. "Annabelle, go inside and ask for Molly. Tell her your waiting for me." He ordered.

"Come on, we have to go get her, fuck." He muttered the last bit to himself. He quickly walked out the house to the car, with me following. He started the car, and drove quite fast. It took us about 10 minutes to get there, because he drove fast.

Derek got out the car. "Babe, don't let go of my hand." He whispered to me. "Alright." I nodded holding his hand tight. We walked inside the pub, loads of drunk guys were there making a lot of noise. Derek walked to the counter, saying hello the worker. He walked to the backside, which said "staff only." I raised my eyebrows. "Come on." He said walking through.

"Aunt Molly?!" Derek called. "Derek!" She came through from the other door. She was a short women with short blond hair, she looked like the cool aunt type. She gave Derek a hug. "How are you dear?" She asked. "I'm good," showing his adorable smile. "This is the miss'es, I've always talked about." He told her, a grin on his face.

Derek's hands were in his pockets, while mine were holding on to his arm. "Nice to meet you." She said with a sweet smile. "Did Annabelle come in here?" My fiancé asked her. "Oh yes right, she's upstairs, with Tracy and Josh." Derek shot upstairs with me following.

He went to the first room, seeing Annabelle sitting there tears in her eyes. I walked up to her, wrapping my arms around her. "You okay?" Derek asked her. Bella didn't reply, she just sat there in complete shock.

"Hey man!" Josh walked into the room giving Derek a hug. "Where's trace?" He asked. "She should be coming, she went to pour a drink for the young lady." He referred to Annabelle. "Ah this must be your fiancé." I gave him a small smile. "Nice to meet you, I'm josh." He shook my hand. "Seria."

"Where's bill?" Derek asked. "Dad went out to do some errands." I assume, is Tracy. She hugged Derek, also giving me a hug. They're quite nice.

"Annabelle," I whispered. "Could you guys give us a minute." Derek asked them, "Yeah, sure." Josh answered, walking out with Tracy after she put the drink on the table. He closed the door after them.

"Annabelle please talk." Derek said. "What happened?" He asked. She shook her head. "I don't know, I saw Elliot. He tried to speak to me again. I didn't listen to him, but he just wouldn't let me out of his arms, he held me tight, I felt so safe." She cried.

Maybe should have mentioned, Elliot and Bella broke up., it's took Annabelle six months to try and move on properly and when she did, it was ok, but She's still not over him, she's still in love with him. It's been a year.

"He tried kissing me, I tried to refuse, I really did. He didn't let me go, and took my hand. He would leave me, so we sat on the bench and he started talking to me, saying all these sweet things. I lay in his arms and we were just talking and stuff, then he kissed me, and I didn't turn away. I let him kiss me." She became teary at this point.

"Some girl came, and started yelling, and pulled him away from me. She started calling me a whore, and slut. He didn't do anything. She slapped me, and he did nothing at all. I didn't know what was happening, he stood there smirking. I don't know, I just felt so hurt and numb, she started kicking and punching me, I couldn't move. I didn't try to hit back or anything, I just lay there." She was struggling to get words out her mouth.

I wrapped my arms around her, rubbing her back. "He laughed. Eliot laughed while I was getting hurt. He left with her, his arms wrapped around her body. I soon noticed what was happening, he set me up."

I looked up at Derek, he looked like he was about to explode. Annabelle wouldn't stop crying. "I started walking. I didn't know where I was going, I was just walking down the street, ending up round these ends. I couldn't call mom and dad, cause I'd be in so much trouble, or Lux or Luke, cause I'd be so embarrassed. I'm sorry." She said.

"Hey, don't be sorry. Were family after all." I wiped her tears away. "Come on, let's go. You can stay ours the night." I told her. Derek helped her up, kissing her forehead. He walked ahead, I wrapped my arm around Bella's waist.

"Hey er," Josh stopped Bella. "Yeah?" She asked, her eyes glued to the ground. "Here's my number, you know incase you like come round here again or if you ever need to talk or something." He said sounding nervous. I smiled, winking at him. Josh nervously laughed.

"Well anyways, I hope your okay now." He smiled at her. "I am, thank you." She said with a small smile. I could tell he fancied her. "I'll walk you guys down." He said walking beside Bella.

"Well now that we've met your fiancé, Derek you guys have to come down more often!" Tracy exclaimed. "That'd be nice." I smiled. "You know I would trace, we just never have time." Derek responded. "See you Josh." Derek hugged him, I also gave him a hug, as well as Tracy. Annabelle hugged Josh, it lasted longer than anyone expected.

"See you Molly." I gave her a hug too. "It was lovely meeting you sweetheart." She smiled. "You too." With that, we walked out the pub, and to the car. "Please, don't tell anyone what happened today." Bella begged. "Don't worry babe, we won't." Derek reassured her.
