The teacher looks at the class after Tammy leaves and tells them to introduce them selves to the class starting with Tobby and going forward. Tobby introduced himself then set down again before looking up to see Samuel looking at the back door to the class as if Tammy would just come walking back into the class. Tobby began to worry after Tammy did not come back after five minutes passed, raising his hand to go to the restroom.
Walking out into the hallway, Tobby began walking towards the girls restroom but passed it going towards the supply closet a few feet away. Hearing smeone moving around in the closet, Tobby slowly opened to door to find Tammy softly crying with her back turned to the door and arms wraped around her body. Taking the opportunity to comfort her, he closed the door behind him then turn Tammy around and hugged her tight but gentle. She hugged him back and cried into his shirt only for about one or two minutes before telling but also asking him to leave her alone as she walked out of the closet and towards the restroom.
Tobby could hear her splashing water on what he would guess to be her face and grabbing napkins to wipe away the left over water.When Tammy walked out the restroom and opened the back door to their class as Tobby came up behind her and held the door for her before walking in and taking his seat next to her once again.
Teacher: Thank you for joining us again sweetheart, hope you feel a little better after coming from the nurse
Tammy: Yes ma'am and thank you
Teacher: You're very welcome, now class return to introducing your selves
The class finishes introducing their selves and the teacher then hands out their assigned books for the first fews months of school. The homework for the night being to read the first two chapters of the book because they were very short and write one paragraph (eight sentences) about what they read and how they feel the involved characters think different from each other.
The final school bell rings and Tammy gets up so fast that she almost knocked over her bag on the desk before rushing out of the door and outside to the her bus.
Tammy got home a little after 3:30 and found a little pile of mail on the floor as she walked into the front door. She picked up the mail and saw one had her name on it. Tammy opened the letter and read it then through it away in the kichen trash can. Tammy grabbed a bag of mini twix from the kitchen closet and a apple juice from the frige before going to the living room ad turning on the tv. She set there watching an old episode of 'Friends' for ten minutes before the door bell rung tice in a row. Tammy paused the show o check who was at the door only to find Samuel standing there with a bag in his hand.
Samuel: Hey Tammy
Tammy: Hey
Samuel: Are we still hanging out today?
Tammy: Yea, umm come inside and sit on sofa, I'll be right back
Samuel: Ok
Tammy went to her bathroom and opened one of the cabinets over the sink, grabbing the pain reliever pill bottle and taking a pill quickly. She placed the bottle back in the cabinet and walked back towards the living room, picking up her apple juice and sitting on the sofa a few feet away from Samuel.
