Tammy: (as she drinks some of the apple juice) So what do you want to do?
Samuel: Well I bought some snacks and two scary movie if you wanna watch 'em
Tammy: Sure which movie do you wanna watch first?
Samuel: Lets just pick one randomly and if you want we can put the snacks in a big bowl
Tammy: I'll go get the bowl right quick while you put the movie in the dvd player
Samuel: Ok
Tammy: ( walk back with the bowl ) What snacks did you get?
Samuel: Mini twix, M&M's, Kit Kats, some hot chips and doritos, snickers, and hershey bars
Taammy: Nice all my favorites, how did you know? ( hand over her chest )
Samuel: Great guesser, ig
Tammy: Lets start this movie and eat these snacks, can you turn off the light since your closer to it
Samuel: Sure
Tammy pressed play and seat on the sofa as Samuel set next to her putting a near by soft blanket over them both. They watched the movie in silence only hearing the sounds of their breathing and the actors talking. Tammy felt a little awkward around Samuel now that she saw him flirting with another girl in class. Samuel couldn't understand why Tammy was being so distant with him. They continued to sit in silence until the movie ended and Samuel was going to leave because it was getting dark out and Tammy seemed a little off.
Samuel: Well ig I'll just get going it's getting dark outside and I don't wanna get you in trouble with your parents
Tammy: Yea well goodnight Samuel
Tammy walked Samuel to the front door then locked it after he got in his car and drove away. She cleaned up the livingroom then washed th bowl they used for ther snacks. She got out some alfredo pasta, broccoli, garlic bread, some chicken. Washing off the fresh broccoli and the five pieces of chicken she was gonna cook for dinner. She grabbed a knife starting to cut up two pieces of chicken which would go in the alfredo pasta and set it on the side near the pasta. Getting a pot to fill it up with the perfect amount of water, Tammy put a little salt in the water and set it on the stove on a mild fire so it would boil. She got another pot and filled it with water for the pasta also putting some salt in it so the pasta won't stick to the bottom of the pot.
After both pots of water started to boil she put the broccoli in one pot and the pasta in the next. Tamm then grabbed a pan for the chicken and buttered it lightly so the chicken won't stick. Then she seasoned the chicken poking a few hles in it with a fork and placing the chicken on the pan with the season water and into the oven on 350 degrees. Setting the timer for an hour then checking on the pasta to see if it was softened enough. Tammy drained the pasta water and put the pot back on the stoven. She mix in the sauce and chicken to let the chicken cook down into the pasta and sauce and reheating the pasta.
She then drains the broccoli and puts a little seasoning on it to give it some taste. While ther were ten more minutes of the chicken baking Tammy lightly buttered another pan and put the garlic bread on it then int the oven. By time the ten minutes were over, everything was finished cooking and looked amazing.
Tammy got out three plates, three forks, three knives, and three glasses to drink from. She started to plate the food with perfect servigns for her mom and dad then herself. She filled the glasses with four ice cubes and some soda sprite for her mother and father and a strawberry fanta for herself.
She covered her parents food so they would still be hot by time they arrived home from work. A few minutes later her parents walked through the door putting down their work bags and removed their coats smelling the delicious food. They walked to the kitchen and smiled at Tammy as she started reheating their food and putting their lunch for the next day into containers while still having left overs for later if anyone was still hungry. Her mother and father both set at the table and Tammy set their plates in front of them then gave them their drinks and grabbed her food and drink then set down. They blessed their food and began to eat their dinner.
Tammy smiled as her parents thanked her for preparing dinner. They began to talk abut work and school while her parents spoke of the hard day they had Tammy just lied and told her parents school was ncie and she met two new friends. Later her parents went up to their bedroom getting ready for bed while Tammy cleaned up the kitchen and the table. She thought over her day at school from Tobby's annoyingness to his caringness, to Samuel flirting with the random girl and ocming over to her house for a movie, and to her just thinking now. Tammy was burnt out for the day and she wanted to just sleep it all off.
Tammy quickly grabbed some comfy night clothes then her face towel and drying towel so she could go and take a shower. She quickly showered and washed her long black and brown hair and stepped out of the shower drying off and wrapping her hair. She put on her clothes then cleaned her mess and washed her face with her cleansers and moisturized her skin then dumped her clothes into the dirty clothes basket and got into bed writing a quick note of her long day.
Journal entry 8/3/2012: After school day 2
So I met Samuel's younger twin brother and sister today, that was nice. Then I was harassed by some guy named Tobby and he was aggravating and very strong. Tobby and Samuel are both in my class and my teacher was being really mean to me for some reason, but then she was nice. Samuel was flirting with some girl in our class and he didn't even realize I was there. I ended up crying in a janitors closer and Tobby found me then have me a hug and rubbed my back it felt nice. He walked me back to class after I washed my face in the girls restroom. Samuel ended up coming over to hang out and watch a movie and he bought snacks, but it felt awkward the whole time and it was very silent. After he left I cleaned up and started cooking dinner and then we all ate and I just cleaned the kitchen. I took a quick shower and washed my hair now I'm new and comfy in bed. I' m tired it's been a long day.
