Genesis Gryffindor - Book 1

I can't do this

Please don't just creep in my stories, take a little bit of time out of each chapter to leave some comments, vote, fan me and add my story. Its greatly appreciated

We stood in that room in silence for what seemed like 5 minutes before someone spoke.

"Well?" Ron asked.

"Well what?"

"Aren't you going to get the key?"

I shook my head and crossed my arms.

"I can't do this, we shouldn't be doing this. I am pretty sure we are breaking several rules starting with the trespassing of the 3rd floor corridor."

Ron turned away from me "She probably is trying to delay us so Snape can get the stone. You heard Draco they wanted her to turn against us." He said to Harry.

I walked up to Ron and punched him in the face, he quickly grabbed his face and fell to the floor wailing in pain.

"You are real thick you know that Ronald. I would never sell out my friends. I was prepared to die every day in the room to protect you all. I was tortured by Bellatrix and starved just because I wouldn't betray you." I was in tears at this point. "Severus would never try and steal the stone, and I am sure you will figure this out once you find what you are looking for." I said before I turned away from them and headed towards the exit.

Deep down inside I hoped they would thwart whoever it was that was after the stone. I headed out of chamber and up through the trap door after using my illusement charm to make myself invisible to the dog. I exited the third floor corridor and made my way down to the dungeons to talk to Severus when I saw Draco coming through the doors that led outside.

"Draco?! Are you okay?" I rushed over to his side and got a look at his face, he was bruised and had a black eye. "What happened!" I asked him.

"My aunt" he murmered before he shrugged me off and headed down into the dungeons.

I left him as I made it to my destination and entered. The person who I was looking for was sitting at his desk reading something, he looked up as he heard the door open. I walked over his side and just looked.

"What is it that you need Genesis?" He asked me.

"I was just wondering about the Sorcerers Stone."

He dropped his book to his desk before he turned to face me fully. "You mustn't meddle in that."

"I'm not but I just wanted to hear from you that you aren't trying to steal it."

He clasped his fingers together and placed them in his lap as he held my eye contact. "I assure you that I am not trying to steal the stone, now off to bed. I hear you have a game against Ravenclaw tomorrow."

I sighed as I turned and headed off towards the direction of my dormitory. As I lay in bed that night I wondered how the three were doing. I felt bad for punching Ron but I still couldn't get over the fact that he would say such a thing about me. One of the qualities that Gryffindor house valued was Loyalty. I closed my eyes and thought about the game tomorrow, I wonder who would win.

Authors Note: So I just have to say that I get alot of comments about how people feel like Genesis is taking Harrys spot or she isn't having her own adventures but please remeber that I am not trying to replace Harry with her and that I am just starting this book. I already had planned on her first year being eventless and just being about adjusting to the wizarding world and learning who she is. So please don't comment about how I wrote things and all that because it sorta gets annoying. This isn't Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone its just Genesis Gryffindor -note there is nothing after the name which should state the obvious, its just about coming to know who she is and unvieling secrets and stuff in her life. Please remember that when you continue to read.
