Surprise

I woke up as usual and Sam being the morning girl already bathed and  was deciding what to wear. She have a lot of dresses in her wardrobe but still she thinks she don't have any dress. These girls, I tell you. Hmm !yes yes, I am a girl too but I don't over think to wear a dress. No makeup, nothing. I am tomboyish type and so, often It makes me wonder how Prateek had even fallen for a girl like me and that doesn't mean those girls who wear makeup and would check their clothes time by time it's not that they are wrong it's all just a matter of choice and comfort but that's definitely not me and slowly I pushed my lazy body to get ready.

And Sam wore red, full hands dress with a collar at neck and she tied her hair into a tight ponytail. She was looking awesome as usual and maybe this extra effort is for Arun. And there comes me, boring and an average simple looking girl.

We parted our ways and went to our colleges. It's Friday and it was very exciting to think of this weekend. It's the first weekend here and I so much want to visit the famous places here. I heard a lot about this place and now it's time to explore.

Classes have continued in morning and afternoon like everyday- dull and monotonous and while I was waiting for Sam after my class hours in college, I saw that Sam Is coming with two boys. Must be Arun and his friend, I thought.

They came and introduced themselves. I couldn't stop thinking how handsome Arun and his friend was. It seems his name is Rahul and Rahul is a bit more good looking than Arun and were discussing about something. Once it ended, I slightly averted my eyes to Sam, and asked can we go now through my look and then she said which I was least expecting.

Hey Allie, we are gonna spend this weekend with Arun and Rahul. Is that ok for you?

Idiot, moron, crazy, stupid. How could she decide the plan on her own. If only stares can kill she would have died already.

Saying no problem in a low tone, I walked away. I can hear foot steps behind me.

Sam held me with her hand and kept her sorry look on her face and started to please me for my acceptance with her so cutie look and I tell you, no one can say no to that look and she convinced me that this whole plan is to spend some more time with Arun. Well, it's not like I have much choice so I agreed.

After reaching home I called my mom who started to ask me a list of endless questions of how I am, my classes, college, room, blah blah blah and I called my dad too. My mom I tell you she would sneeze if I get cold, she prepares food even before I get hungry, She is very caring but still I am daddy's princess. I love dad more than my mom. Dad always stand by my side no matter what, even when mom complain something about me he supports me and talk to me in a convincing manner. It's not that he gives me everything I want to have but still, with the few we can afford he always makes sure I get enough and that's all I ever want from a person. A little care, a loyal relationship, an uncomplicated love which I got in the form of Prateek. My mom and dad know him as my best friend they don't know about our love yet. I don't know what will happen when they will get to know about our love. They may agree or may not, that's still an unanswerable question.

Well, coming out of my thoughts I called Prateek's mom. She is very fond of me, she treats me like her own daughter. She asked me about everything just like my mom. Aunt is like a second mom to me. I finished taking to her and then I heard someone ringing the door bell and Sam was too busy to care with her phone so eventually I opened the door to only notice we got a courier, that too a large one and that too addressed to me.

I signed the courier thinking who must have sent this big courier  for me and when I opened the courier I was amazed to see a very big teddy bear with a small note saying "love you always" and there was also a letter and I started to read the contents of the letter.

"Hey my cutie, this teddy bear is for my another teddy there hope you will like this. Whenever you think of me and want to hug me this teddy will be there as I can't always reach  to you whenever you need me. So, basically this teddy is a replacement of me."

Do you remember our first kiss on our terrace, I was actually laughing at the memory when I am writing this in our terrace. I love you so much and missing you very badly. There is no one here to fight with, no one to crack jokes, no one to care.

I can't wait for the moment to meet you. It's just been a week and see how much I miss you, paagal ladki(mad girl)

Bye Bye, Love you!

I was flabbergasted when I completed reading the letter and yeah completely taken away with this surprise. My brain haven't yet processed this and I couldn't think anymore.

Sam came from behind and started explaining how he asked Sam their  address and how they planned it all in two days.

Prateek called me just then and asked me how was his surprise ?

I was speechless. I, instead of saying how the gift was I said I love you and started to share how shocked I  was.

And we were talking and talking and I don't even know when I have slept. (Have I told you that I am a sleepy head? I literally can sleep anytime, anywhere for hours and hours together if no one disturbs me)

I woke up when Sam throwed a mug of water on my face she started scolding me that I would spoil weekend fun if I don't wake up now and so without much thought and choice, I got ready.

Wow, I am waiting for this day from the first day of this college. To visit these sites about which we heard a lot and an expected and interesting turn took place when Arun and his friend was also discussing the same. So, I went ahead and said how we were also thinking the same to which they said we can go together and maybe we can have more fun. How could I  say no to that? and of course it was Arun . So, I said yes and that's how now we are waiting at a pre decided place with our scooty, we transported my favourite pink pept which was my dad gift for my last birthday.
