Jacks POV
The snowball fight happened three weeks ago and now I'm just taking a stroll along the Hudson River invisible of course. I bent down to grab a lunch box that could contain my lunch when I heard a whizzing sound. I jumped up and looked around and saw an archer a man with a shield, guy who was flying in a metal suit, a man with a hammer, a red head women dressed in black and a man that looked like a scientist. They were all wearing strange glasses. I could tell they could see me so went for a leave me alone approach. I backed up slowly and said,"Hey look I don't want any trouble so leave me alone ok?" The Red head said,"You Jack Frost are under arrest. You can go the easy way or the hard way. You choose." I looked them still backing up and said,"Bite me" then I shot ice at her and ran zigzagging for my freedom.
Caps POV
The kid was just walking along the river looking cheerful. Then he stopped. Clint took that moment to fire the arrow and then the kid stooped down to pick up something right when Clint fired. He must have heard the arrow because he jumped up and scanned the area eyes alighting on us. He said,"Hey look I don't want any trouble so leave me alone ok?" He started backing up when Natasha said,"You Jack Frost are under arrest. You can go the easy way or the hard way you choose." He's eyes narrowed and he said,"Bite me." Then he pointed his staff at Natasha and blasted ice at her. She tried to doge but clipped her shoulder and she went down. The kid was running like he had super soldier serum. We ran after when he started to fly. I couldn't let him go so I threw my shield at him. He saw it and FROZE it! My sheild fell to the ground all frozen. Clint was firing as fast as he could and at the same speed the kid was freezing them or catching them. Thor decided it was Hammer time(note the pun) and flew up to Jack and started duking it out with him.
Thor POV
I could see Clint running out of arrows and Iron Man out of sight so it was Hammer time and I flew up to Jack and tried to knock him out with swipe of my hammer. The boy doged and counters. by planting his staff in my face. I close my eyes as darkness takes me.
Tony's POV
I decide an ambush approach as Jack knocks out Thor I shoot my repulsors at him. He drops like a fly. I fly down and catch before he hits the ground. Even knocked out he still has a tight grip on his staff. I examine him more closely and realize that his arm is literally thinner than a twig. I look up from my examination as Bruce runs over snow flying as goes. When reaches me he says,"This kid is malnourished. His hair is white but it's not dyed. Let me examine him when we get back." I nod and give him to Bruce and sling Thor over my shoulder. "Need a lift" I ask looking at Natasha Bruce and Cap. "I'm good comes the reply." I shrug and try to wrap my mind around the idea that Thor got beat. By a kid. I make note to never let Thor live this down and concentrate on getting back to headquarters.
Jacks POV
I wake up to an empty prison cell and wonder what? Then I remember and my mind reels. Shortly after I managed to calm down a man came in with an eye patch. I freaked out because pirates like this died out in the 18th century. I froze him in his place my hand out towards him freezing his body with the water molecules. I ran past him and into a hall. I could see people coming at me I turned invisible and ran past the confused people. I turned a corner and almost slammed into a redhead women wearing strange glasses with tint on them. I moved to go past her but I felt a pain in my back. My last thought was they can see me with those weird glasses.
