The Love Spell At Hogwarts

Chapter 9

Skylar's POV:

I slowly opened by eyes only to find that I was still in Ares's arms and snuggling against him. I also felt his hand rubbing me from my thigh to my knee, back and forth.

"It's about time you woke up Baby Sky."

He said kissing my forehead again.

"How long was I asleep and why am I on your lap?"

"You slept about hour and as far as being in my arms, I wanted to keep you close to me and I didn't want to wake you, you seemed pretty tried."

"Ares what's going on? You have never been this nice to me, why the sudden change?"

He was silent for a few seconds, he seemed to be in deep thought about something.

I decided to get off his lap and sit next to him, however, my attempted failed, due to the fact that we were on a love seat, that looked more like an oversized chair. I think he did that on purpose, so I wouldn't be able to leave him.

"Ok Baby Sky, I'll tell you, do you remember when you fainted?"

"Yes."

"I think I know what happened, however, I was not exactly sure until now."

"Sure about what?"

"I think a spell caster fairy put a spell on you to fall in love with me."

"What? Why?"

"I don't know, but inorder for the spell to work whether it be love or hate, the person who is put under the spell must have feelings of love or hate for  another person."

"So what your saying is it that, I didn't realize that I had feelings for you until the spell happened?"

"Right."

"How come you didn't tell Dumbledore or one of the other Professors?"

"As I said I needed to be sure and now I am, and I am planning to tell Dumbledore."

"So do you have feelings for me?"

I asked because I needed to know that this was not a dream, that it was a reality.

"Yes, Baby Sky I do."

"Ok one more question, how do I know if what I feel is real and not just as a result of some spell?"

"There is on way, but I think your going to like it, since we already did it."

"Just tell me."

"Ok but remember I'm not making this up, I'm going to tell you to do something and if you do it your feelings are real, if not then we know that they are fake and we can remove the spell."

"Ok sounds good to me, I understand."

What he said next I will never forget,

"Kiss me Baby Sky."

Without hesitation or a second thought, I sat myself up and kissed he's soft pink lips. He actually kissed me back. The kiss was slow and steady, it was perfect just like the one, before.

When it was over, I knew I loved him. I then asked him a question without realizing it before it was too late it had already come out,

"Ares, do you love me?" 

"Yes Baby Sky, I do."

That was all I needed to hear, before I kissed him again, knowing full well that I was he's and he was mine...........
