After kyoya's sudden appearance in the village, you told him he could stay at your house for the time being. When you all got to your house, you immediately slip off your shoes, and start making dinner for everyone.
"______ you don't need to make us dinner. its too much of a hassle", kyoya said without even looking at you. " oh so you don't want steak kyoya? i'm surprised. When you were little you would always come over just because i made steak", you said. As soon as you said steak you had his attention. "wait? What!? i didn't mean-", he stammered. you couldn't help but giggle a little.
"don't worry! The big lion will still get his stupid steak!" you said with a goofy smile on your face. " Steak is not stupid!" he yelled. "Jeesh kyoya. you sound like Ginga and his hamburgers", said the girl in pink. "You haven't tried it yet. Trust me, one bite and you'll be as obsessed as i was right then", he said. When you were done cooking, you placed a plate of steak in front of everyone. You just hoped that none of them were vegetarians. They all took a bite in unison. And all of a sudden, all of their eyes got big and shiny. " aw c'mon i can't cook that well", you said. "i think hamburgers were just replaced!!" exclaimed the red head.
after dinner, you learned who everyone was and told them who you were. everything was going good until a question just had to be asked by a certain kitten. "So ______. Do you have your bey under your complete control yet?" kyoya asked. you always hated that question. Why? Because kyoya would always compare your progress to his and he would somehow always be more in control then you were. "Um.... i really haven't checked my progress yet. Let me just see", you said. Then you took a device out that was pretty pocket sized. you then got out your bey, ___(b/n)___, and stood it up on the device where the performance tip was supposed to go so you could get the information you needed. Once you read the number on the device, your eyes widened in excitement. "98% in control!!" you yelled while showing the number to kyoya's face. You were very happy. You had trained to get to that point. "98%!? i checked ginga's just yesterday, and it was only at 90%!!", yelled madoka. Kyoya's head shot up at that instant. "wait so if _______ is stronger than Ginga, and i haven't beat him yet. That means...", mummered kyoya. "why is this such a surprise, kyoya? you've only beat once anyway", you said.
It was true. You've beaten Kyoya in every match except one the entire you knew each other. "i don't know why. But being stronger than Ginga is quite an achievement. Congrats", he whispered.
you felt sad all of a sudden. you just broke the mighty lone lion. You never wanted to tame the beast. You just wanted to be able to co-exsist with him.
