It had been 6 years since you've seen your best friend. He went off on his beyblading journey when he just turned 10. Who was your best friend? Kyoya Tategami. You 2 had been friends ever since kindergarten. He helped you with training, and you helped him with people skills, because he used to be very anti social.
"Another day. Without mom and dad. Without Kyoya. But i have to do what i have to do right?" you whispered to yourself.
You were pretty well known in your small town. You worked at two jobs. A cook in one of the small restaurants, and a helper at the local orphanage. You liked working at the orphanage most, because you were an orphan as well. You liked being around people like you.
Your basic routine is breakfast, bey training, grocery shopping, cooking job, walking your dog Hachiko, Orphanage job, more bey training, dinner, and sleep. It was pretty simple and average.Once in a while, an event will come up that changes the schedule around. Besides that, you loved to talk to friendly people. Most of the people in your village were. They would ask if you had a good nights sleep, and help you out with any important errands. But you would always kind of doubt yourself, though. After all, your a 16 year old who lives alone in a small house, and sometimes even talks to yourself. But you knew it wouldn't be much longer, until Kyoya came back.
You were at the grocery stand and started looking for the stuff that was on your list. "Well, good morning to you ______! I trust you had a good sleep," said Gonzalo, the head of the grocery stand. "i did, thanks for asking Gonzalo! Hey you would happen to have the-" you said right before you were cut off." The Hazelnut spread you ordered? it took a while, but it was delivered this morning," he said with a smile on his face. "Ah excellent! The kids at the orphanage love this stuff! They're going to have a good dinner tonight," you said with a look of relief on your face. The orphanage is running low on funds so you volunteered to buy the food supply. After you got the spread, you got everything else you needed. "Thanks a ton Gonzalo!" you yelled while walking home. Right after that, you found that Gonzalo had put an extra apple in your bag. He was always doing that, because he wanted to make sure you had enough food to get through the week. You felt bad about taking food you didn't pay for, so you ran back to the stand. "Gonzalo how many times do i have to tell you, i don't need the
extras. I'll do fine with the stuff i have, really," you said with a soft smile on your face.
"Uh? _______, is that you?" someone at your left said. "Yes what do you need?" you said while turning to look at the person that talked to you. You were stunned when you saw who it was. It was Kyoya Tategami. The guy you haven't seen in 6 years. But he wasn't alone. There were 4 others behind him. One was about as tall as Kyoya, but had red hair. Another was a big fella, and had a beanie on. Another was a girl who was pretty small and wore a bit of pink. After all of those people was a boy with glasses, and seemed pretty educated.
"Kyoya?" you said with wide eyes open. You were still shocked that he was here. "Kyoya!!" you yelled while hugging him. He was pretty startled by the sudden hug but kept his balance. "Jeesh, ______! I know I've been gone for a long time, but you're just over exaggerating!" he said with a raised voice. When you looked up, he saw that you were crying. "well if your crying about it," he said feeling a little guilty. Not that he knew, but you were crying tears of joy. He was finally home. And you weren't lonely
