The Eyes

Did someone say "creepy morning"

Well I guess ray isn't going to be here

for the first day of school. I woke up

super early so I can pick out my outfit

for today. I can't decide which outfit I

want to wear today. So I just picked

one randomly, yellow blouse with pink

lettering that says "too much drama"

with purple jeans and pink and yellow

sneakers. I love to match, yea I'm a

dark person and I don't like too much

attention but I love to match and have

style at least. My mom owns a shoe

making company so that means I can

get any shoe I want and I pick out what

colors I want on them. I have over 300

hundred pairs of shoes. I took a long

hot ass shower and put on my clothes.

I went downstairs and I heard

someone knocking on the front door. I

was confused because I have no

friends to walk to school with and it's

not even time to go to school yet it's

only like what, 6:45am. I ignored the

knock and then the knock became a

pounding. Ugh I answered and no one

was there. It was plain dark outside.

Ugh stupid kids doing stupid ding dong

ditch. I closed the door and the

moment I closed it, someone was

pounding on the door again. Ok what

the fuck. I opened it so fast and again

nobody was there. I looked around and

I saw nobody but something in my

mind told me to look across the street.

I didn't want to but I did and there she

was again. Oh my fucking gosh. Who

the fuck is she and where did she come

from? I decided to walk over there and

talk to her but it's cold as shit out there

and I'm not going out there in the dark

by myself but then again I need to see

what the fuck is going on. I walked

across the street in the freezing cold.

Ugh. By the time I got where she was,

she was gone. What the fuck. I kept my

eyes on her I know I did. But she was

gone like she was never there. Oh but

she was there, I smell bath and body

works perfume. It smelled like warm

vanilla sugar cookies. The only

unusual thing was that that when you

stand on the spot where she was, the

atmosphere felt like she was still here

somewhere but invisible. It felt warm

and still smells like that perfume. I

heard yelling, "Lauryn get your ass

back in this house before you catch

pneumonia" I snapped back to reality

and I saw my mom at the front door.

Shit I forget to close the door. I went

back in and my mom asked "what the

hell were you doing outside in the

freezing cold?! You could've got kidnap

or hurt!" I rolled my eyes at how

ridiculous she was sounding. We've

been in this neighborhood for 5 years

and nobody ever got hurt or kidnap in

this neighborhood for over 5 years ago,

before we got here. After her lecture, I

just huffed and puffed and went on

with my usual morning schedule.
