i realaxed in the hopital bed. it wasn't the most comfortable but it was enough. i closed my eyes and daydreamed about harry. i accidently fell asleep in the process.
a few minutes later.
"mary, sweetheart?" i opened my eyed to find harry sitting by me. he held my hand and smiled. i smiled back and yawned.
"tired?"
"yeah."
"i brought you lunch. if you want it."
"i want it."
harry smiled and put the tray of food infront of me. it was more than i asked but i was really hungry. i started to eat the salad. it was good. i drank the soda infront ofme. surprisingly it was my favorite. i took a sip. hmmmmm.
harry laughed. i set my drink down and looked at him. "what?"
"nothing, babe."
"harry."
"i thought i didn't get the right drink." he spat out.
"nope."
he laughed again.
"good."
i finished my salad and started on the sandwich. it was the worst ham sandwich i ever had but i was hungry. i didn't care.
i set my tray asside and thought.
"what is it hun?" harry asked me?
"i was thinking how long before i get out of here."
"let me ask." he got up , kissed me on the head and left.
