Raven's POV

I finished uploading all of our videos onto youtube and closed my laptop. It was three in the morning and I haven't gotten any sleep. Video editing is addicting in it's own personal way... what can I say? My phone buzzed beside my head and I glared at it. Rubbing my eyes, I yawned and checked the text. 'Uploaded a vid to youtube? sweeet! we are currently lol-ing at the background entertainment :p haha. loving the concert vids ;)' - Andy. I rolled my eyes. How on earth are they already watching them? Stalkers... My phone buzzed again. Storm's face was flashing on the screen. I answered it. "Yellow?" I whispered into the phone. "Don't get creeped out but I'm standing outside your house, I couldn't sleep, and your light was on..." Storm waited for approval of non-creepyness.  "Yesh, I am awake. Want me to come out? And what are you chewing on?" I asked when I heard a crunch. "Gherkins... what else?" She mumbled. "Still at that jar? I thought you would've finished it by now..." I trailed off, trying to think how old it would be now. "Oh, I finished that ages ago, I stole this one from the fridge." She continued munching so I hung up. I stood up to leave, then realised I was still in my pyjamas. Quickly slipping on a pair of white shorts, a black and blue top and white canvas shoes, I tiptoed up the stairs and climbed out the back window so I wouldn't wake my Mum and Dad. I crept around the house and made a running jump onto the fence, then climbed down the other side. Storm was sitting on my driveway, trying to fish the last pickle from the jar. "Your mum's gonna kill you, y'know that right?" I told her, making her jump. She nodded innocently, making her still blue hair fall over her eyes. "Wassup?" I asked her. She looked down at the pickle jar and ignored my question, proceeding to tip it upside-doown over her hand, soaking our driveway in gherkin juice and catching the gherkin in her hand. She bit the end of and stood up. She dusted off her black shorts and pulled her black hood over her head. She nodded in the direction of the park, put the empty jar on top of the car and started walking. I rolled my eyes and followed her. She walked quickly and stepped in weird ways to avoid cracks, sticks and stones. Okay... She jumped over a fallen branch and ran the rest of the way to the park. She left me behind, completely confused, so I picked up my pace and kept my eyes down. I walked into the park and saw Storm had already scaled the spider web and was sitting comfortably at the top. I started climbing, making the ropes wobble and Storm nearly lose her balance.

"Okay, now what's up?" I asked her after I had positioned myself next to her and plonked. She sighed. "Stuff, a lot of stuff." She rubbed her eyes and hugged her legs to her chest. I put my hand on her shoulder reassuringly. "We've got all morning, talk." I said. She sighed again and slipped her legs through a hole, letting them dangle in the slight summer morning breeze. "I don't know where to start..." She said. "How about the start? It's a very good place to start." I sang. She giggled lightly and pushed me playfully. "Well, first of all, I've got guy trouble." She said bluntly. I nodded in understanding. "I really like this guy from school, Chris. But there's this guy I met at JayJays who I think is amazing, and we talk a bit... but then there's the real problem that's bothering me." She slid her hood off and unzipped her jacket, sliding it off awkwardly and hanging it on the rope next to her. "I like, and I mean REALLY like, a guy that's impossible for me to have. I tried to forget him, but he came back. So I tried to forget him again, but he kept texting me. Then I tried thinking about another guy that I like, but it just makes me hurt. I feel, I dunno, sort of sick inside, and I hate when I'm not with him, yet I hate being with him nearly as much, just because when I am, it makes me jittery, and the feeling doesn't leave for a long time afterwards..." I saw a tear slide slowly down her cheek, so I wiped it away and hugged her. She rested her head on my shoulder and we sat in silence, just watching the sunrise. After a few minutes of thinking I spoke. "Wait a second... Do you like who I think you like?" Storm jumped from me suddenly speaking. She thought for a second. "Probably..." She looked at me, waiting for my guess. "It's one of the guys isn't it?" I said, knowing she would know exactly what I mean. A few tears were sticking to her face, leaving a trail that glistened in the dull early light. She nodded her head and I sighed. "I know what you mean..." I sighed. She cocked her head like a puppy questioningly. "Andy..." I muttered slightly and trailed off. Her face scrunched up and she looked pained for me. "Oh, that sucks..." She trailed off, referring to Andy's current relationship status. I knew he had a girlfriend, but I never bothered to find out who she is, it's his personal life, and it should stay personal... "So, which one?" I broke the slowly-becoming-awkward silence. "Isn't it obvious?" She raised her eybrow at me. I shook my head. She sighed. "Jake? Or Ash?" I tried again. Storm held up two fingers. I grimaced. If he was as mych as a player as he makes out, Storm's gonna be really wrecked.
