"Why do I have to presume that you're the best warrior in the world?" Aclipses said to Achilles.
Achilles chuckled and looked at him; with a blink of an eye, Achilles' sword was pointed on Aclipses neck; "If you think you can beat me, do it" he said in his harsh tone.
Thinking to himself that he was just wasting his time again with another poor soul that will lose his life if he does anything.
The next thing he hears is the sound of the mans sword being pulled from his holder.
Achilles didn't think twice before he turned around in a flash and decapitated the old fellow.
"I told you, do not to try me, do not underestimate me." He said looking at the head.
About 30 minutes later, Achilles stopped by the water to find his mother digging in shells again.
"Ah, son, it's so nice to see you again" she said in a calming voice, smiling up at him.
He smiled down at her and as she reached down, he held her; "oh mother, put those silly ocean shells down, you're getting far to old to be standing up like this. Poseidon may have mercy but I don't want to take any chances, after all, you are taking his things" Achilles said to his gray haired mother.
She looked up at him and nodded slowly; "why yes, Achilles. I think you're right."
She let him help her over to the land and as he looked up, he saw a girl sitting there. She had long blonde hair, and was showing little kids how the water mixed into the river.
"Achilles, you'll be lucky if you could even sit next to that girl, she's quite the violet" his mother said, but he kept staring until the girl looked over at him, smiling.
He looked at his mother "I'll be back mother" and he walked off at her nod.
Going up to the girl, the children ran off back to their homes.
"Can I help you?" She asked and washed her hands off.
"I was wondering what you were showing those children" he said and she looked up at him.
"Well, I was showing them how the water here, changed colors when it mixed into fresh water. See?" She said showing him and he looked at her as if she was the smartest human he had ever seen.
"You're Achilles, am I correct?" She asked looking up at him. He stared up at the hill full of grass and sand. "Yes, that's correct"
He said and looked down at her. "And who are you?"
She laughed a little bit and shook her head, "someone you may never know" she replied.
And with that, she started off in land and he sighed; "so what? I don't get a name?"
She looked back at him smiling, "you'll find out"
He looked at her and then back to his mother then went off to the nearest trail to find grapes.

His hands moved gracefully as he swung his sword, "no, that's not how you do it, you left you stomach wide open" he said to one of his soldiers.
"I'm trying my lord, I'm sorry" the man said.
Achilles sighed and threw his sword over to the side and sat down to get a drink.
"Are you okay?" A familiar voice said behind him. "I saw you teaching, it was really good"
He turned around to see the girl he was talking with earlier.
"Oh, yeah" he sat up. "Yeah I'm fine, it's just hot" he said and scooted over; "sit, sit" he said and she sat next to him.
"You know, you're one of the best warriors, maybe even the best, I've ever heard of. Every one knows your name and your stories" she said to him and glanced down at the water below the concrete place they had been.
"Oh, and I presume you'd like to tell me other warriors in our time who are as good as I am?" He looked at her.
She smiled up at him and he smiled back at her, "no, because there are none as great as you"
"Hello, what do we have here?" Agamemnon said trying to be humorous.
Achilles looked up at him and smiled, "oh nothing, she's just a friend" he said and pointed to the girl.
Agamemnon looked over at her and then at Achilles, "so she won't miss you much?"
Achilles looked at the king in confusion, then the king rose to say; "Achilles, follow me, I need to ask a favor of you"
Achilles followed Agamemnon and his men to a private place "what's this about?" Achilles asked and looked at the king.
"Young Achilles, I know you fight for yourself, but would you join me in going to get Helen back for my brother? She has ran away with that fool of a prince, Paris. We shall go and have 1,000 boats filled with men, and shall take over to get my brothers lover back. Stupid women, better watch where you step, boy, don't get attached" the king said with rage;
Achilles shook the Kings hand and would sail out next month.
He joined the girl again and she stood up, leaned onto a concrete pillar and looked off into the ocean, "you're leaving for war aren't you?" She asked in a tone so low, Achilles could barely hear her.
He shook his head, "yeah, yeah I am"
She looked back at him, "I wouldn't fight for that king even if I had too" she snarled.
"I don't fight for him, I fight for myself" he said and she stared at him. She wanted to slap him for being so correct but she couldn't.
His eyes captivated her, but she would have to let him go, her new friend.
"When you leave, if you don't come back, my name is Karrina"
