At Team Rocket's Base
Ash: Mewtwo, can you turn us invisible?
Mewtwo: Sure
Mewtwo turns them both invisible
Ash: Lets go see what Team Rocket is up to!
Mewtwo: Ash, I sense danger ahead
Ash: Okay, then we need to be extra careful!
Suddenly, two grunts walk by
Grunt 1: Ha, those two kids cant stop us now!
Gunt 2: Yeah! They can't beat a Legendary pokemon!
Later in the Test Room
Giovanni: Shadow Lugia, you will obey my, your creator's, every command
S.L: Yes, I will
Ash and Mewtwo gasp
Mewtwo: That little-
Ash: Sh! Your gonna give us away!
Suddenly the Shadow Lugia looks in their direction and fires a dark pulse
It hits Ash and Mewtwo and Mewtwo falls ontop of Ash, making Giovanni not able to see him when their invisibility went down
Giovonni: (gasps) Ah, what do we have here?
Mewtwo quickly teleports himself and Ash to the Hall of Origin
Arceus: What have you two found out?! You look like you have seen a ghost!
Ash: THEY HAVE STARTED UP THE SHADOW PROGRAM!!!
Arceus gasps
Mewtwo: Yes, we saw a Shadow Lugia they had made!
Arceus: Well you must put a stop to it!
Ash: Okay!
