"Hazel" A boy whispered. He stood along in a graveyard, his eyes facing the ground, no tears came out but it looked as if he wanted to scream out to the world about the unfairness of it. He had black hair and shirt with dancing skeletons on it. A black leather jacket and a chain for a belt. A double edged pure black sword hung from the chain that acted as a belt. He had four concealed weapons, two black daggers under the sleeves of his shirt and another two daggers in the soles of his boots.
His name was Nico Di Angelo and he was the last remaining son of Hades. There had been two more, but they were dead, like all people who he got close to. Would he ever get his happiness? he wondered. The fates really were cruel. Sighing he turned around. Time to go, to go home and pretend to forget, time to go home and regret what he would never be able to forget and forever regret. Before he left he looked around him, watching the shadows that cloaked the graveyard like a cloak. His surroundings were eerie, an unsettling fog coiled around the tombs and himself. He looked at the graves and he then focused his vision on the one next to his sister's. Sammy Valdez. Hazel would've wanted to be buried next to someone who she had really cared for. Who was better than Sammy Valdez? Leo's great grandfather. He had died believing that he had caused Hazel's death by selling a diamond she had said was cursed. He believed that the diamond had been the caused her ultimate doom. It hadn't, she had willingly given up her life to save all of the ones who she cared for. She was a hero, acknowledged, loved. He smiled bitterly, if only it was like that for all of the children of Hades. He had sacrificed and given everything and everyone he loved for the sake of the prophecy and he had never been acknowledged, thanked or even welcome. He wished he could be the little innocent and ignorant little boy he was back when Bianca was alive... It had been His fault she had died. Nico had asked Him to protect her, and when he returned, without his sister, Nico had fled. He later heard rumors about what happened. According to them, Percy had returned to camp in all his golden glory and his sister was soon forgotten. He clenched his teeth. The memories stirring feelings of hatred and regret. No! He thought. He could welcome those feelings later, not before he was about to shadowtravel. He focused in a location and he started to fade into the shadows

The train ride had been as always, except reading that loathsome article about his uncle made Harry furious. What he really didn't understand was Cho's behavior. She'd left so suddenly and seemed very nervous. Hermione, Ron and him now sat at the food hall and the sorting launched into new song

In times of old when I was new
And Hogwarts barely started
The founders of our noble school
Thought never to be parted:
United by a common goal,
They had the self same yearning,
To make the world's best magic school
And pass along their learning.
"Together we will build and teach!"
The four good friends decided
And never did they dream that they
Might someday be divided,
For were there such friends anywhere
As Slytherin and Gryffndor?
Unless it was the second pair
Of Huffepuff and Ravenclaw?
So how could it have gone so wrong?
How could such friendships fail?
Why, I was there and so can tell
The whole sad, sorry tale.
Said Slytherin, "We'll teach just those
Whose ancestry is purest."
Said Ravenclaw, "We'll teach those whose Intelligence is surest.
"Said Gryffindor, "We'll teach all those
With brave deeds to their name,"
Said Hufflepujf, "I'll teach the lot,
And treat them just the same."
These differences caused little strife
When first they came to light,
For each of the four founders had
A House in which they might
Take only those they wanted, so,
For instance, Slytherin

Took only pure-blood wizards

Of great cunning, just like him,
