Chapter 7 Missing Students

After a long weekend of just sleep it was nice to go back to school.

"BOO!" Jace said.

"EKK!!" I screamed.

As I jumped up and turned into a phoenix, Jace scurred and caught me. I glared at him at him and turned back.

" I love you " Jace said.

" I love you too " I said back.

Jace decided to just carry me to our groups of lockers. I was laughing the whole way there because, people would stop and stare, smile ,and keep walking.

" Away From each other for two Whole days and this happens!! " Crystal laughed.

"Yes , yes it does." I said

" See you don't ask these questions when you know the answer Crystal." Ocean laughed.

" True , I shou-" Crystal started to say as the five minute bell rang.

Jace and I walked to class, as we walked we notice that not as many people were here as normal. Austin and I walked into class, our went wide when we saw we were the only ones in class.

"Ok this is weird" Jace said worried.

"Yea definitely. Let's go talk to Mr. Laberto." I said.

"Sky Cloudwalker, Austin Skullwalker , Ocean Waverider, and Crystal Stardancer to the main office please." The announcer said.

" Well I guess we are being paged anyways." I said

As we walked down the halls to the main office there was about twenty or so kids in the building I have never seen. They stared at us as we walked down the hall kinda like we did something wrong. I started to freak out in my head thinking we failed our jobs.

"Everythings gonna be ok Sky." Jace said

"How did you-" I started to say.

"Know what you're saying in your head? Well it's part of my powers." Jace said

"Oh." I said in a shocked but nervous manner.

We walked in the office me and Jace were the last ones there.The office ladies gave us a worried look. Then Crystal and Ocean did too. I looked at Jace, and he looked back he seemed as worried as I was now.

" Guys it's not good." Crystal said
