I ripped the door open but Cameron quickly yanked me back by my waist and hugged me from behind.
"Stop." I laughed.
"Make me." He also laughed.
We both smelled the smell of pizza and quickly looked up with a smile.
But our smile quickly faded away when we saw who was standing in front of us.
"Grayson ?!"

Julia's p.o.v;
We stared at each other, not even saying a word. It was dead silence.
All of a sudden Cameron began to laugh.
"Bro since when are you delivering pizza ?!" He said.
"Since when are you and Julia a thing ?!" Grayson smiled sarcastically.
"We're not." Was all I said.
"Actually we have a study date, right now." Cameron took the pizza out of Grayson's hands and put one arm around my shoulder.
"Ah a study date, alright. That would be 13,50$." He still had this sarcastic smile across his face.
Cameron took some money out of his pocket and handed it to him.
"Keep the rest." He winked at Grayson.
"That's 4 bucks."
"I know, bye." With that Cameron slammed the door shut.
I felt like someone ripped my heart out of my chest.
"You coming ?" Cameron walked back to the living room with the pizza.
"Wait a second."
I took some money from my jeans pocket and quickly ran out with my socks to Grayson.
He was about to get into the car he came with.
"Wait." I shouted.
Grayson turned his head to me and froze.
"Uhm...here." I handed him the money.
"No,no, keep it." He smiled weakly.
"No!"
"But it's to much." He looked me directly into my eyes.
"14$ isn't much." I smiled.
"Well, thank you." He looked down.
"No problem." I turned around to walk back into the house.
"Hey..." He said.
"Yeah ?" I turned around.
"I'm glad you're back." He smiled. "I hope we can be friends."
"I think it happened to much between us to have a friendship Grayson." I said honestly.
"We can start over as normal friends. Forget about everything what happened." He walked closer. "There won't happen anything. I'm with Malia and you're with Cameron. Just friends."
"That's not a good idea." I shook my head lightly.
"Why ?" He lowered his voice.
"We just shouldn't. It is how it is Grayson. I don't wanna start to discuss with you."
"There's nothing to discuss about. I just wanted to be friends."
"I'm your ex...it would be hard to be in a friendship with me." I said.
"No, it wouldn't. Let's just try it. We can end our friendship anytime you want." He scratched the back of his neck.
"I can't be friends with a guy I had sex with." I spit out.
"Oh..." His cheeks turned red. "Do you had sex with an other guy since me ?"
My eyes went wide at his question.
"Uhh no. You ?"
"With a guy ? No." He giggled.
"You know what I mean." I rolled my eyes.
"Uhm...yeah with Malia...a few times."
"Oh..." I tried to keep a normal face even though it was hurting like hell inside.
"It's one year ago since we had sex Julia." Grayson said suddenly.
"But we still did it." My voice cracked.
"Forget about it! I'm just asking you to be friends, not to marry me."
I sighed and looked down at my black adidas socks.
"We forget about everything! We don't know each other! We'll never talk about what was between us again, got it ?!"
"Got it!" Grayson smiled and put his hand out for me to shake it.
"Hello, I am Grayson Dolan, quarterback of the East West High (A/N is that even a real school ?! lmao) and I am delivering pizza to get money. Nice to meet you."
I shook my head and laughed.
Gosh...
"Julia Hale, nerdy girl who just moved from Ohio back to LA. Nice to meet you too." I shook his hand.
"Then I'll see you tomorrow, nerdy girl." He smirked.
"Yeah, see you tomorrow, quarterback." I waved.
He got into his car and drove off.
I already know that this will be the longest year of my whole entire life.
