The sea was not something to be nonchalant about, and yet the serenity of the Galilean's face was astonishing. It could throw up everything malevolent that could be flung at a man: violent wind shear that could cut a man in two, salt laden seawater that stung the eyes, and the combination of wind and water could break a man.
