Izabella
Everything was ready and perfect. My hair was perfectly curled. My nails and make-up were done to match my dress.
"You guys were right. I look stunning," I thanked my friends.
"Girl, you look hot! I wish I looked as sexy as you. Sebastian wouldn't let me though," Staci pouted.
"Speaking of Sebastian, him and Johnny are downstairs," Roxy informed us.
"Oh cool. All right, got everything?" I looked inside my clutch.
"Phone, money, mints/gum, chapstick, fake ID, and car keys," I checked.
"Ok. Let's have some fun!"
A Couple of Hours Later...
"Ok, I hate to say it, but you guys were right. That was the best night of my life. I can't believe I didn't do this until now!" I yelled as we exit the party. I may be somewhat drunk. I had a few Jell-O shots and they were starting to take effect.
"See? W-we told y-you," Staci slurred. Staci was unquestionably drunker than I was.
"W-when I go to college, I'm going to p-party every night."
"YAY!" Roxy and Staci cheered in agreement.
"YAY!" I shouted as well. "NO!"
My eyes fluttered open, and I felt my heart pounding hard and loudly against my chest. Also, my breathing was fast and heavy.
"I hate it when this happens," I moaned to no one. I sat up in bed and called Roxy. She picked up after the fourth ring.
"Hello?" she asked groggily. "Do you have any idea what time it is?"
"Uh, no?"
"It's two am, Iz. Go back to bed," she groaned.
"Wait, I had a dream," I told her before she could hang up.
"So did I. I was in bed sleeping. Talking to no one at 2:31 in the morning."
"I'm serious Roxy," I laughed.
"Well, can't it wait until morning?"
"It is morning."
"You're a pain in my ass. We'll see each other later, tell me then," she commanded.
"Ok fine," I groaned. "I guess I'll see you later." Silence. "H-hello? Roxy, are you still there?" I scoffed when I realized that she hung up on me. I laid back in bed and fell back asleep.
I awakened much calmer than last time. However, I felt tired from the night before. I dragged my feet out of bed and began heading towards the bathroom when I spotted the time.
As usual, I was late. I ran to my closet, skipping the shower and threw on the first thing I saw. I put my hair in a messy bun and pulled some strands. I groaned when I apprehended that I looked like I rolled out of bed. I took my phone and other necessary belongings. I skipped down the steps and bolted out of the house, locking the door behind me. I jumped in my car and sped to the hair salon. I had fifteen minutes to get there. I prayed that I would make it.
It took three hours until we looked perfect. We drove to the nail salon next.
"Two whole hours?" I whispered to the girls.
"Of course, Iz. These things take time," Staci stated, holding up her black nails.
"We only have three hours to get ready," Roxy announced.
"What time does the party start?" I wondered.
"I think at 9."
"All right, so do you guys want me to pick you up?" I asked as we walked out.
