Time travel. A currently impossible but longed for phenomenon that has inspired countless books, movies, and TV shows. But just what would time travel entail? Einstein's theory of relativity states that time slows down or speeds up depending on how fast you move relative to something else. So, going almost as fast as the speed of light, a person inside a spaceship would age much slower than their twin at home. But true time travel? To do what people have dreamt about doing would involve traveling faster than the speed of light. A desire beyond what is currently possible. Beyond what ever may be possible. To genuinely and actually travel through time and space, one would have to be going faster than lightning.
