"Sarah" Amanda said with a disappointed look on her face.

I had just walked in from not being home for 2 days..whoops.

"oh hey Amanda" I said in a high pitched voice.

"where the hell have you been?? I called you like 8 times, you had me worried sick" she said now hugging me.

"well, I got caught up at work"

"what do you mean?" she asked.

I then explained how my one night stand is now one of my "clients" and I'm now his professional photographer, and I still have no idea who he is, and how it was raining and we fell asleep...then got into a small fight. It took a long time to spit it all out.

"woah...what are you going to do?"

"I don't know yet. I mean he's a nice guy and all but he's not my type..I have to see him almost everyday, now that I'll be taking pictures or his concerts and shows and all. It's just weird seeing him after you know...I SAW him"

she gave me good advice.

she said,

"listen. no matter the personal things that have happened between y'all..which may have only been a one time deal, he's still going to be paying you and that's what you need to focus on. I mean just avoid him and get the job done. it's simple when you think about it"

"you're right"

"but he is hot" she winked.

I was sitting on a bench on a sidewalk of a mall strip.

"hey Sarah" a voice said behind me.

I turned around to see G walking out of a coffee shop.

I was kind of disappointed considering I really didn't want to have much conversation with him outside of work.

"I was going to bring this in for you at work, but I see you're already here" he said holding a cup out towards me.

he sat down beside me.

"listen G, I was going to try to do this without talking to you about it..but, for the sake of work I don't think we should talk much outside of it. I mean things are already awkward enough and I really-"

"relax" he said cutting me off.

"I also got the rest of the crew coffee too" he said.

"oh" I was slightly embarrassed.

"yeah, but it's nice you think you're so special" he said with a wink.

he got up and started walking, but then looked back.

"hey Sarah?"

"yeah?"

"even if I had just gotten it for you...it's just coffee" he said with a smile, and then walked away.

I gotta tell you..the kid has got charm.

but this still didn't make me want to have anything to do with him.

I knew that, and I was going to make it clear to him too.

I just don't know how yet...
