You were hanging out with James, Rogers' kid, at school. School just ended for the day and you were outside talking with James when Dmitri and his "gang" walked up to you two. Now your a quiet person at school, your advanced in most classes and had passed your test for AP history just fine.

"Hey mute! How's it going?" Dmitri mocked. The name he gave you was stupid. Your not mute, you only talk when it is necessary or when your hanging out with your friends and family.

"Leave her alone Dmitri..." James growled, stepping up in front of you.

"Whoa calm down Rogers, I just wanted to see how the villain's kid was doing." Dmitri smirked.

James' eyes widened and he turned to you wrapping his arms around you to pull you back from him. He knows how you feel when people called your dad a villain, it absolutely infuriated you... no... infuriated is an understatement no actual words could describe how much it bothers you.

"What. Did. You. Just. Say?" Your eyes slowly meeting his, anger clearly evident.

"You heard me. The whole world accepts it so why haven't you? Your dad is. A. Villain." He slowed his words at the end as if you were the dumb one in this situation.

Your hand began turning into a fist you would've already knocked some sense into him at the very least by now, but James was still holding you back.

"C'mon (Y/N) he's not worth it..." James tries to reason pulling you back and towards his harley. You shook your head taking deep breaths before nodding. As much as you wanted to beat the crap out of him for calling your dad a villain you didn't want to risk your education more, well you didn't mind doing that but... James would never let you.

"Fine..." You sighed. "But never call my dad that again, or else."

---------------------------------

He kept going, his "gang" even joined in and it bothered you to no end. One day though was the last straw...

Your dad and Uncle Steve came to pick up you and James, they were walking towards you two when Dmitri and his annoying "gang" walked up to you again.

"Hey mute! So I heard your villain dad was going to pick you up today. So where is he?" He asked looking around his gang snickering behind him.

"Stop calling him that!" You snapped your face red with anger.

"Or else what? You still haven't done anything. I bet your just a bluff." He says taking a step closer to you.

"Oh trust me, I will." You cracked your knuckles next your neck.

"Oh I'm sooooo scared...!" He threw up his hands faking a scared look before laughing, though it was cut short when you slammed him into the nearest wall.

"If YOU think you have the RIGHT to call MY DAD a villain then you are SO very wrong." You yelled, when he stayed silent you took it as a chance to continue. "He fought for our country in the 40's and went through hell with Hydra."

"Yeah exactly he's part of Hydra once you are you can't go back." He interrupts.

"Oh really? So your calling my Aunt Wanda a villain my uncle Pietro who died saving my uncle Clint a villain! Oh and not to mention my aunt Natasha. The people who YOU call heroes are now villains because they were part of Hydra to? The only difference there is none of them fell from a damn freight train like my dad did. They didn't have to get a metal arm like my dad did. They didn't get brain washed like my dad did, they weren't forced to kill so many people like my dad did. He. Was. Forced. Do you hear me? It wasn't truly him it was Hydra. But guess what he has to deal with that burden of a past every single god damn day!" By now you were shaking, everyone around you shocked in your sudden change in attitude.

"He risks his own life out there on the battlefield every time he goes on a mission, while you what? Sit at home on your lazy ass and talk with your friends? He has done so much more shit than you have for this country and what he gets back is hate? And being called a villain? Tell me that is not messed up." You were breathing heavily letting go of him and turning to his friends.

"This goes for you guys too. He has fought for our country since the 40's, he's practically been through hell and back because of Hydra and what they've done to him, he risks his life everyday due to his job and that's by CHOICE. He's gone through so fucking much already most of it being for his country but he doesn't get so much as a thank you? What the hell?! I see him go through pain everyday not just physical but emotional. Physically because of injuries he gets on mission and emotionally because of the nightmares he gets at night. He goes through enough shit day by day. He surely doesn't need even more douchebags like all of you dumbasses to call him a villain." You took a deep breath recollecting yourself and turning back around facing James. You looked over your shoulder though not looking at the people behind you. "Now the next time you call my dad a villain, then that's when it starts to get physical."

Your dad stood there mouth wide open, Uncle Steve his eyes wide, and James stood there speechless, just watching you. You looked passed him and saw the two adults your eyes widened as you began to walk past them and towards the car head down. Once inside there was a long silence no one moving before your dad decides to be the first to speak.

"Mind telling me what that was about?" He asks turning to you from the passenger seat.

"They kept calling you a villain, and I got sick of it." You shrug looking out the window.

"You know you didn't have to do that, I don't care if they call me a villain." He says though you know he's lying.

"Stop lying." You snapped slightly. "I know you do, and even if you really don't I do okay?"

"Alright, but don't do anything you'll regret later sweetheart." He sighs turning back towards the front. Though he felt beyond happy that his daughter cares so much about him to do something like that.

Hey guys its Marsh here. So LG and I was planning on making this a while ago but never got around to it. As it says in the beginning I had created the idea due to a real and hilarious story that had happened irl and LG wrote it and added more detail to it. Now where it talks about Wanda, Pietro, and Natasha we didn't mean to be rude or anything, we aren't saying they didn't go through anything nearly as bad as Bucky. We both think that every character went through some crazy stuff that lead them where they were in the comics now. Sorry if we messed any information up we don't know everything about the characters we're still learning about them. Anyways we hoped you enjoyed this chapter we'll see you in the next one and remember requests are still open!
