Crazy

She's crying.

Oh gosh. Oh gosh. Oh gosh.

She's crying. SHE'S FREAKING CRYING! What do I do? What do I do?!

I walk over to where she's standing, most of the housemates are already crowding around her. I make my to her back, the only place that's available. I wish I was by her side so I could hold her in my arms.

She's still crying. I'm starting to freak out. Marco is my best friend, but damn it God knows I won't hesitate to punch him if he makes her cry one more time!

She starts speaking in Tagalog, I barely understand her because all I can hear is the sadness in her voice, and it's worrying me so damn much. Her lola can't see her like this. I promised her I'd take care of Maymay for them, but here she is crying in front of me!

Do something, you idiot!

"Maymay," I say. "Remember what I told you? You look ugly when you cry." That was the stupidest thing I have ever said in my entire life. EDWARD JOHN, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!

I wrap my arms around her tiny frame, hoping she stops crying. She does, she starts laughing, and it makes me smile. Her laugh makes my heart so full, and there is nothing more in this world I'd rather have.

I'm crazy. Yeah, head over heels crazy for this girl.
