<3rd person POV>
Ink whispered, "It's the only way. You'll have to kill me to get this out."
"But...what about me?! What am I gonna do, alone, without you!?" Error panicked. He really didn't want to lose Ink.
"You won't be alone. Here, take this. You might need this to bring me back" Ink reassured. He summoned the paintbrush, and gave it to Error.
"I--I can't draw you that good. What if you look ugly? It'll be my fault." Error countered.
"Here, I drew this a while back, this can help you. And take my soul. After you draw me again, kill me. I'll be fine. Place the soul above the drawing. It'll become the soul of the new Ink, with all my memories and personalities. You can do it" Ink said, encouraging Error, both teary eyed. "And, if this doesn't work, I want you to know, I...love you".
"I love you too, Ink."
Error picked up the brush, and attempted to redraw him. He drew pretty decently for a newbie. Without a word, he briskly did the steps Ink told him too. Ink gave Error a weak thumbs up. He did the last step, placing Ink's soul above the drawing, and it came to life. The old Ink had turned to dust. The newer Ink, with all the older's memories, became conscious.
"I-Ink?" Error said, tears streaming down his face. He hugged Ink tightly.
Ink hugged him back, patting his back. They pulled apart soon after. "Yes, I'm Ink. You did it! You saved me! And, even though in a different body, I still love you." Ink celebrated, the two of them with happy grins on their faces. After they calmed down, the two of them shared a long, passionate kiss, blush filling up their faces.
When they pulled away, Ink complimented Error. "Oh, your drawing of me was very accurate. I like this new body."
"Really? I thought I couldn't draw that good!"
"I knew you had it in you."
"Well, what now? What should we do with that...Fresh..."
"Let's go find him. You should know what to do"
They went to visit Fresh's AU. He was nowhere to be seen. They searched everywhere.
"Well, at least that idiot won't bother us again" Error joked. Ink lightly nudged Error with his elbow, as they exited the AU.
(That. Was. AMAZING! Well...what now?
