I'll look after you part 13

Noah's POV
As soon as I woke up I rushed to the studio to search for Richelle. Riley contacted her parents and now they are placing a file to the police if she isn't found today. I see that some of A troupe is here to help. "Ok guys today we are searching around the studio. Amy, Sloane and Cassie are going to ask people. Noah, Piper and I will look for clues and the rest you guys try to actually find Richelle. She could be anywhere so be thorough. Try to think of where she would go." Riley explained to us and we all split up into groups. Piper, Riley and I walked through the studio searching for more pieces of paper. We checked in small spaces, drawers, cupboards and Piper even checked inside the piano. Lucky she did because as soon as she opened the lid a small piece of paper flew out and into her hands. "I FOUND A CLUE!!" She squealed and read it out loud. "You know I wouldn't go somewhere you would think to search, who knows I could be halfway to California by now. Where ever you go make sure you get there quick ;)" I froze. That didn't help us at all. It just means that she is further away then we thought. "Ok I doubt they are actually half way to California. It just means we have to search more away from the studio." Riley said to us. I nodded along with Piper. "Come on let's go tell the others." We walked out and told the rest of A troupe. None of them found anything else but Alfie said that one lady told him that she saw a blonde teenage girl with a brunette girl and she was kind of dragging the blonde one along to the east. That doesn't really help since it could be anyone but we decided to use that. Tomorrow morning we are going to head east and look for her. I decided to go home and call her mobile for what seems like the millionth time. Just like the last million times she didn't answer. It just goes straight to voice mail. The kidnapper either turned off her phone or she keeps pressing decline every time. I try one more time, this time I listen carefully to see if I can hear anything. Nope all I can hear is her voice and the faint lapping of water...WAIT THE LAPPING OF WATER!!!! She didn't have that in her old voice mail so obviously she has recorded a new one where she is now and it's near water. YESS WE ACTUALLY HAVE SOMETHING USEFUL! I quickly text A troupe on a group chat. I tell them that she didn't have the water in her old voice mail so she had to record it where she is. Richelle is trying to help us find her without doing anything dramatic that will get her caught. That's pretty smart though and she must have thought only I could have realised that. It's subtle and anyone that didn't know her like I do wouldn't realise. I keep replaying it over and over. That makes sense though since the beaches are east of Toronto so maybe those girls that the lady saw WAS Richelle and her mystery kidnapper. I could actually get to sleep that night knowing that we are one step closer to finding her!
