Tokyo Ghoul: Bloody Nights

Chapter 2

I packed my stuff and started walking outside. I was trying to hide from my friend, she was looking for me so started running. I got out of her sight and started walking to Anteiku, I could hear footsteps... running footsteps. I stopped and checked my surroundings, nothing, I checked twice but  I couldn't find anything. I started walking, right then I felt a big pain tingle through my body, blood on my hands and ground. Someone stabbed me with their Kagune. I jumped back as far as I could. Then the pain started to hit, I started screaming, my vision was blurry, but I could hear his movements. I started dodging the ghoul's attack, I thought one hit to me I would be dead. My vision was back and move right past him and then kicked him.

The ghoul said "That might be the only big you get."
I didn't care about what he said, I just wanted to get out of this mess. I noticed that my ghoul senses weren't working, my ghoul eye wasn't on. How could I move so fast then?

I forced my Kagune out, it hurt like crap. It came out, with blood spilling from my mouth. I blocked his shots and then went for the chance but I kept failing. I didn't know what to do, my hunger was getting low which was usually a bad. My Kagune disappeared, the ghoul came out of nowhere and landed a punch on me. My stomach wound was bleeding the most. Then I felt it, at that moment, the power came back to me, I could feel it, everything I need to kill this idiot. I sneaked up to him and took a bite off the ghoul. My Kagune was functional, I started dodging his swings. I started spamming my Kagune in him, then finally lung stinged him right in the wall.

The pain inside my body wasn't gone, the horror inside me wasn't gone. It felt like I was just born as a ghoul, just a ghoul that couldn't do anything. But I still fought. See my family was murdered in front of my face, but I couldn't do anything. My mind was thinking the same thing over and over that day.... The weak we're devoured.

The ghoul started moving a little, I jumped and grabbed his face, took out my Kagune and just slashed it in his face. I could here sirens, I had to gather my stuff and leave. All the pain from my body was gone, I wondered... why would this happen after all the hits I took, but one thing was true.... I could hunt for food myself now.

I quickly went behind Anteiku and took out the keys for the back door. Yomo was standing right in the front of the door. I was surprised how he found me that fast. He does have super smelling power somehow. He nervously asked "wha-, what happen?"
I muttered "A ghoul attacked me... but I'm in no pain, so it's ok, I can handle myself." He nodded and went away. I sighed and went to my room. I changed my clothes and took a towel to clean all the blood up.

I couldn't find anyone upstairs, expect Himani in her room reading. I was feeling tingly inside my hand, but I'm sure it was nothing. It was getting late so I decided to take some rest. I closed my eyes and just saw a flash of blood. I closed them again but, the same thing happen. It was terrifying, at least for me. I kept my eyes and open and decided to just lay there.
