Skylar's P.O.V

I sat at the bottom with Percy laughing as the niads tried to penetrate our little current. It's a game we play, Percy has to give any niad that breaks through a little kiss, I take a picture and Anabeth tries to kill him. Niads almost never get through. We laughed as one came barreling towards us and at the last moment I threw up and current that sent her flying half way across Long Island Sound. I looked up and saw somebody standing up on shore, they were waving their hands and I guessed they were trying to get our attention.

"Game over." I said to Percy through his mind. He looked up and nodded.  We swam up to find Anabeth standing there.

"About time, I've been trying to get your attention for twenty minutes." She said anoyed.

"What's up?" I asked climbing out completely dry. Perks of being the child of Arcana. I have my grandfathers powers, Poisidon, and I have my mothers powers over the five major elements. Earth, air, water, fire and well basicaly matter itself. I could turn lightning into a rock with a snap of my fingers. (A/N Yes I know it's a bit unrealistic but I want her to be super powerful so don't judge) At first I had like zero control over my powers and whenver I got mad things exploded. Mr.D hated me, I accidentaly made his coke explode all over him when he was antagonising me. Luckily after the war against the giants I asked Zeus to forgive Mr.D and let him leave camp so now Chiron is camp director.

"Chiron wants to speak with the two of you." Anabeth said interupting my thoughts. Percy and I raced to the big house, Chiron was talking to RED, Rachel Elizabeth Dare the oracle of camp and the only other red headed kid here. My hair is brighter than hers but still red.

"I WIN!" I shouted jumping on the porch and Percy slowed down and slumped as he reached the house.

"Percy, Skylar good lets get started." He led us inside to the ping pong table where we have a counsiler meetings.

"I want the two of you to go on a quest. Alone." He said looking deadly seirious.

"What kind of quest?" Percy asked.

"There is a small town called Forks, it used to have monsters stock piled in the forests around it."

"Used to. Past tense, where did they all go?" I asked.

"Something scared them all off. I sent several sayters to asses the situation, they came back and reported no monsters, no demi gods, nothing strange but I'm worried. I want the two of you to go there. Act like normal kids and try to figure out what is going on. If it's a natural force well than maybe we could risk setting up a camp there. Do you accept?" Percy and I exchanged a look.

"We're in." We said at the same time.

"Rachel." Chiron said and she walked up to us.

"Oracle we need a prophecy." Percy said. Rachel smiled right before her eyes started glowing and green smoke poured out from her mouth. The voice of the oracle spoke to us.

"Two shall venture to the small, rainy place,
Blood sucking demons and dangers they'll face,
The ones with the golden eyes you may trust,
The crimson eyed ones be destroyed they must,
Few things will brake the indestructible,
The fate of the heros is unavoidable." Rachel colapsed as the fog disapeared.

"For once can't we get a GOOD prophecy?" I asked in exasperation. Percy chuckled and shook his head.

"Lets go pack, we have to go as soon a spossible." Percy said.

"I will fill Rachel in when she wakes up." Chiron said. Percy and I walked back to our cabins, I built mine right behind his, so we could still be close when I got my own cabin. See after the war against Kronos all the gods and goddesses who didn't have cobins, well their children built them one. I built one for my mother close to the Poisidon cabin. It's a magic time space. You could sit around in there for hours and when you come out it will have only been a few minutes. There were two wolves that guarded the door, Saphire and Emerald. Named because of their jewel colored eyes, wolves are my mothers sacred animal so all kanines love me the same way fish and horses love Percy. The inside was awesome, outside it looked like a one story log cabin, inside it was six floors and the Hepheastus kids and I conected tunnels linking our cabins. I built a HUGE forge down there so we could sneak out at night and work and nobody would ever know. I packed quickly and decided to go say bye to Leo. My loving and adorable boyfriend. I ran down to the forge and asked Leo's brother Jake where he was.

"If he's not here, or in the cabin. He must either be working on the argo ll again or in bunker nine working on a new project." He said going back to his work. Jake was a great guy and he had been really close to Charles Beckendorf. He had been a good friend.

"Thanks Jake." I said leaving. I would check bunker nine first. When I got there I easily gained access since Leo showed me how. He wasn't there but sighnes of his work everywhere. I ran down to the Argo ll Leo's pride and joy. I found him talking to Festus (AKA Happy the dragon head, but he is definatly not happy that he's JUST a head.)

"He Leo." I said walking up to him. He smiled and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Hey Sky, what's up?" He seemed to finally notice my back pack.

"Going somewhere?" He asked. i kissed his cheek.

"Yeah, Percy and I are going on a quest. I don't know how long we're going to be gone." I said and his face fell. I hated it when he made that face,

"baby don't make that face." I said pouting. he laughed lightly and hugged me close to him.

"Well then don't I get a good bye kiss?" He asked and I smiled. We kissed for a minute until Festus interupted us. I glared at the dragon head before turning back to Leo.

"I'll send you and IM when we get there. Bye fire freak." I said using his nick name.

"See ya cub." He said using mine. He called me cub because of the whole wolf thing. That and the first time I met Leo I had been feeding a wolf cub. We said our good byes and I met Percy at the top of half blood hill. He looked flushed and I realised he must not of been interupted by a bronze dragon head in the middle of his good bye with Anabeth. We walked down the hill to our ride. When I saw what we would be driving I realised just how good Chiron was. It was the coolest truck I've ever seen. It was one of those big crome trucks that could pull an rv cross country. it was black with CHB-DGH on the lisence plate. It meant Camp Half Blood-Demi Gods Home. Percy climbed in the drivers side and I climbed in the passenger side. We drove off and trust me when you're an ADHD kid on a long car ride you start doing weird things. Percy and I started playing puddidle somewhere in D.C. If you see a car with only one headlight working you shout puddidle. It was a long time before we got there, it started raining some time in Seattle but it was pouring in Forks. Chiron had already aranged for us to get a house, we were moving into a small house that used to belong to Forks police cheif Charlie Swan, he died a while back but nobody ever moved into the house. It was still furnished, it was pretty nice place.

"Ready to get started?" Percy asked.

"Yup, what's first?" I asked.

"School." he muttered. I groaned. School, worse than the feilds of punishment.
