Chapter 10

Bri POV
The next day.....

I was chilling at our house doing nothing. The girls were somewhere around the house. While I was checking my social media on my phone I got a text.

devin😘😜: hey u wanna hangout today?

me: sure. all of us?

devin😘😜: nah, I was thinkin just me and u

me: aight

devin😘😜: bet. I'll come get ya at 1.

me: ok. bye

devin😘😜: bye

I looked at the time on my phone, it was 11. I already ate breakfast so all I need to do is get in the shower and get dressed.
I grabbed some underwear and headed to my bathroom.
*skip shower*

I walked to my closet and grabbed my black skinny jeans, Nike crop top and my white huaraches. Once I was dressed I went and did my makeup, then straightened my hair.

When I finished it was 12:30. I grabbed my phone, and put $50 in my purse. I went downstairs and sat on the couch next to DJ.

"Where are you going?" She asked.

"Me and Devin are hanging out." I replied.

"Ohh, have fun", she said wiggling her eyebrows.

I rolled my eyes and watched tv. After a few minutes the doorbell rang. I went and opened the door.

"Hey Bri, you look good." Devin greeted.

" Thanks." I said blushing.

"Ready to go?" He asked.

I nodded my head yes and we walked to his car. He opened my door for me and I sat in the car.

Once he got in I asked, "So where are we going?"

"I was thinkin we could hang at the mall for a few then go see a movie later?" He said.

"Sounds gizzy" I smiled.

He started the car and drove off. He turned the radio on and Closer by The Chainsmokers was on. I started singing along....

Devin looked at me laughing. When the song was over he pulled up to the mall. He got out of the car and ran to my side to open my door.

"Thank you." I said giggling.

He took my hand and said, "Your welcome."

We walked in the mall hand in hand. I saw Rue 21 and decided to pull him towards it.

"Let's go in here." I stated.
