Chapter 7
Bryan
We left to go back home the next week. We packed onto a plane and headed back to Virginia. We drove here but since I wrecked the car there was nothing to drive home in. I can't tell you how glad I am to get away from this town. There is nothing for me here anymore. Just pain. That's why I board the plane without looking back, I miss my home. I can't wait to go back to college and move on with my life.
For a three hour flight I read my book and watched the clouds as we passed them by. I've been really depressed since my grandma died. Everyone noticed, I mean I keep on with my daily routine and I don't randomly break down into tears. You can tell by the way that they look at me, like I'm an injured puppy.
When we landed, the first person to greet me was Jenna my best friend. "Hey! I missed you!" She squealed as I was wheeled towards her.
"I missed you too Jenna!"
She hugged me and kissed my cheek before retracting and gesturing towards me "I'm glad you're home, but you've got to explain this."
"I will. All in good time. I've got a lot to tell you."
